Ms. Bo Minghua is a blind practitioner in her 60's from Huainan City of Anhui Province. She is not capable of taking care of herself, but recently she was sentenced to 9 years in Suzhou Prison.

Mr. Zhao Jianshe is a 32-year-old practitioner from Weifang City of Shandong Province. He has been homeless since 2001 due to the persecution. In June of 2003 he was kidnapped by policemen in Nanjing City of Jiangsu Province when he was making truth clarification materials. Now he is being detained and tortured in Wuxi Prison. To protest the persecution, he has been on a hunger strike since he was detained in June 2003. He hasn't eaten for 6 months. The policemen force-feed him every day. They feed him 7 to 8 times every night. Now his health condition is very bad and he can't stand up by himself. His weight has dropped sharply from over 85 kilograms to about 35 kilograms (just over 70 pounds -- he is 1.75 meter tall.)

On July 25, 2004, policemen from the Police Department of Panji District of Huainan City and Yuanzhuang Police Station of Panji District kidnapped Ms. Nie Yinzhen, a practitioner from Bihaixin Village. Ms. Nie Yinzhen broke away from the detention center with strong righteous thoughts last time. Now, Ms. Nie Yinzhen has been detained in the Hefei Women's Forced Labor Camp and was sentenced to two years there.

In July 2004, somebody reported five local practitioners from Yanggu County to the police. Jiao Xueguang, the head of Jindouying Township Police Station of Yanggu County, along with his subordinates and others from the county "610 Office" and Police Department, arrested these five Falun Gong practitioners. After the policemen extorted some "confessions" by torture, they followed and kidnapped a few more practitioners. The police also offered a reward for the arrest of other practitioners who have been forced to leave their homes.

We know of five practitioners who were sent to the forced labor camp. They were illegally detained at the Jinan Forced Labor Camp and Wangcun Forced Labor Camp of Zhibo City. The practitioners in Wangcun Forced Labor Camp include Sun Jinlong, Sun Jinfang, Sun Jingang, and Wang Fuliang. They are from Ziluti Village of Jindaoying Township. Another female practitioner (Xiaocun) was sent to the Forced Labor Camp of Jinan City.

Practitioners Ouyang Ming and Ling Pangmei from Pingjiang County of Hunan Province were abducted by officials from the "610 Office" and the county National Security Bureau when they were distributing truth clarification materials. Currently both of them are being detained in Pingjiang Forced Labor Camp.

On the afternoon of August 19, 2004, Ms. Wang Lijun was abducted by two plainclothes policemen when she was making truth clarification materials. Now she is being detained at the Shanyou Detention Center of Songyuan City.

Ms. Wang Kaiping, a 58-year-old practitioner, is a retired employee of the Chemical Industry Research Institute. At about 5 p.m. on August 8, 2004, she was abducted by policemen from the National Security Bureau, Jiangbei Division of the Police Department, and National Security Brigade.

At about 3 p.m. the policemen searched her home without any legal documents while her husband was at work. They confiscated a complete set of Falun Dafa books and lectures.

When her husband came home from work, he found that his wife was gone and his home had been turned upside down. He found a list of the confiscated materials from the policemen. He questioned the security office closely, but nobody gave him any answers.

Ms. Wang Kaiping is being detained at the Liziba Detention Center.

Ms. Huang Xingying was detained many times when she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. At the end of December 2000, when she was abducted and taken to the office of Hubei province in Beijing, policeman Li Cuifa beat her and fractured her lumbar. She couldn't move as a result of her injuries. Then she was transferred to the First Detention Center of Hanchuan City and detained there for a few days. Later she was sentenced to one and half years in forced labor camp and detained at Shayang Forced Labor Camp. She was forced to undergo brainwashed there, and eventually renounced Falun Dafa.

With help from other practitioners, Ms. Huang gradually realized her mistake in early 2004 and started reading Master Li's new lectures. At the end of July she posted her "solemn statement" on Minghui (the Chinese version of Clearwisdom) to declare her incorrect actions to be null and void, and went back to practicing Falun Dafa.

On August 18, 2000 when she visited her parents in Tianerhe, Ms. Huang distributed truth-clarifying materials and posted flyers. She was found by the local policemen and was abducted. On August 19, Huang Xingying was transferred to the Second Detention Center of Hanchan City. In that same day the policemen broke into her home and confiscated her Falun Dafa books, materials, audiotapes, and videotapes.

Her 12-year-old child is at home alone. Ms. Huang held a hunger strike in the Second Detention Center for over ten days, and then she was transferred to the First Detention Center.

At about 5 p.m. on September 9, 2004, Mr. Chen Haidong, a teacher from the Hydropower School of Gaoxin District, was abducted by officers from the Police Department of Gaoxin District. The policemen confiscated s computer and VCDs about Falun Dafa. After about two hours, the officials came back and searched his home again. They confiscated a lot of his personnel property.

Six policemen broke into the home of 47-year-old practitioner Ms. Pan Xiangyang and her 20-year-old son Yan Yule. They confiscated a computer, Falun Dafa books, VCDs, and other personal belongings. The policemen handcuffed Ms. Pan and her son. When Yan Yule was abducted, he was only wearing his underwear. Now, they are being detained at the First Detention Center of Nanning City. The six policemen who carried out the arrest included Chen Qingyue and Wei Jie. They were from Xincheng Police Station and the Police Division of Chengbei District of Nanning City.

At about 8 a.m. on September 7, 2004, practitioner Cai Junping was abducted by policemen in Nanning City.

On September 8, 2004, practitioner Zhou Liping was abducted by policemen in Nanning City.
