Some Suggestions on How to Clarify the Truth in Conversations By a Practitioner from China (Clearwisdom.net) One: Be clear on what specific information you want to pass on; this will be
the main topic of what you want to express. Two: Find a fitting example of the truth of Falun Dafa, or the truth of the
persecution to support your thoughts. Then find an example from ordinary society
to compare it to, and emphasize your main point Three: Everybody is different, so for different audiences, pay attention to
what topic you choose to discuss. Adjust your "truth clarification" angle and
depth in order for each individual to easily understand and identify with. Four: When telling your own experiences, it is best if you can indicate the
specific time, location, and environment of the event to show the event's
authenticity. Five: As you compare it to your other example, you need to be sure everything
you're saying can support what you have said from the beginning. Six: Show the audience that your intention is for their well being. We are
absolutely not asking anything from them; we are only trying to let people have
the benefit of knowing the truth. Seven: Do not go into unnecessary details because this can distract the
listener's attention. Your goal is to share the thoughts in your heart. Eight: When giving an example of the cruelty of persecution, you will also
need to discuss some positive examples, like ordinary people showing support for
Falun Dafa. This is the way you can make the audience see that their future is
brimming with hope, and therefore bring about a desire for positive action. Nine: Emphasize the main topic at the end and connect the things you are
talking about with the thoughts in your heart that you want to express. These are just a few suggestions. Fellow practitioners: please add and
perfect anything that is missing. Posting date: 10/5/2004
