Finland: Promoting Falun Gong at the Train Station in Helsinki

(Clearwisdom.net) At lunchtime on the 30th of October 2004, Falun Dafa practitioners again visited the train station in Helsinki, Finland. It's been over two years since we first started our Saturday Dafa activities there in 2002. The people who see us and receive Dafa materials are countless and they are not just from Helsinki but from different cities in Finland and different countries.

Today we displayed a banner reading "Falun Dafa is good" in English and Chinese. We also displayed boards and banners showing torture methods used to force practitioners to give up their beliefs in China. Leaflets were distributed and practitioners demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. Everyone who passed by saw us and no matter if they were busy catching a train or were moving at a more leisurely pace, lots of people gladly accepted the leaflets. People who read the information boards were also willing to sign our petition to stop the persecution.

During the activity, a boy of around ten asked us if there was anything he could do to help us. When we told him he could sign the petition he carefully signed his name. A woman also talked to us about Falun Gong and said that she knows Falun Gong is very good. We told her the time and place of the practice site where she can learn the exercises for free and she was very happy.
