Three Children Have a Difficult Life Since Their Father, Dr. Yang Cheng, was Tortured to Death in 2001 By a practitioner in China
(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Yang Cheng lived in Cunwei Village, Shilang
District, Quhua Town, Maonan Area, Maoming City, Guangdong Province. He was a
medical doctor. In April 1998, Yang Cheng developed pernicious lymphoma, and was
treated at the nationally renowned tumor center at Zhong Shan Medical University
in Guangdong Province. The treatment was unsuccessful, however. Yang Cheng's
hair fell out, and his life was in danger. But during this hopelessness
situation, he was introduced to Falun Gong. He began to practice, and two months
later his black hair re-grew, his complexion returned to normal, and his family
became full of happiness. Under the persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang's regime, Yang Cheng was
threatened by a member of the "610 Office," and taken to the town
government offices in February 2001. The police ordered Yang Cheng to give up
practicing Falun Gong and write words that slandered Falun Dafa's teacher. If he
refused, he would be sent to the Huazhou City Forced Labor Camp. He was
determined not to compromise, and suffered beatings from the lieutenant, whose
name is Liang Zheng. Liang Zheng violently hit Yang Cheng's head and vital parts
of his body until he suddenly lost consciousness. Yang Cheng then was unlawfully
locked in a dark and damp room. Yang Cheng's wife did not see her husband return. She hurriedly got five
hundred yuan and looked for someone they knew to obtain her husbands' release.
But Yang Cheng passed away on April 1, 2001. He was only twenty-nine years old. Now, Yang Cheng's oldest daughter, Yang Huahua, is twelve years old and is in
fifth grade. The second son, Yang Yingfan, is ten years old and is in third
grade. The youngest son, Yang Yingjie, is seven years old and studies in first
grade. They all attend the Shilang elementary school. The young wife and mother
works out of town. The three fatherless children are taken care of by their
grandmother, and life is very difficult for them. October 26, 2004 Posting date: 11/13/2004
