610 Office Abducts Former Student of Shandong University of Industry Hao Zengwang

(Clearwisdom.net) In September and October of 2004, personnel of the "610 Office" of Guan County, Liaocheng Area, Shandong Province wantonly harassed and abducted practitioners. Many practitioners were abducted. Among them was Hao Zengwang, who used to be a student of Shandong University of Industry. He was expelled from the school and had to become homeless and travel about to avoid arrest for practicing Falun Gong. Nonetheless, at noon on September 30, while Hao Zengwang and Guo Zhaoyong were riding in a white van, the two of them and the driver were abducted and detained in the hostel of Guan County, where they were brutally tortured by the plainclothes agents from the Police Department of Guan County. Hao's whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Hao Zengwang, 26 years old, was a student of the bachelor's degree program in the department of power engineering, Shandong University of Industry. He entered the program in 1997. He's from Nanyuan village of Nanyuan Township, Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province. He started practicing Falun Gong with his classmate Zhang Zhenzhong after they passed the national standard college entrance exam and entered the University in 1997.

Since he began the practice, he conducted himself according to the principle of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" and tried to be a person of high morality in every circumstance. At school he often helped out classmates with the money that he saved from his own food and other expenses. He thinks of others in all aspects, and everywhere he went people would praise him as a kind person. His grades were excellent due to his excellence in both character and study, and he was elected the chairman of the student association.

Under the senseless persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang's regime, the school authorities tried to force him to renounce Falun Gong. Hao sternly refused. After that, in order to stand up for justice for Falun Gong, he appealed in accordance with the law, but was detained and discharged from the Party, then expelled from school, and was to be sent a forced labor camp. Hao began traveling about homeless to avoid arrest, and from then on he's been away from his family and has suffered immense hardship. To support himself he's been planting crops, feeding cows for others and doing various short-term work. He has been followed by special agents frequently. His classmate Zhang Zhenzhong was expelled from school for appealing in Beijing, and was abducted by the officers from the Police Department of Tangyin when clarifying the truth at the Temple of Yue Fei in Tangyin of Henan Province in May 2001. Zhang Zhenzhong was tortured to death in just a few days.

Abducted along with Hao Zengwang was practitioner Mr. Guo Zhaoyong, a 29-year-old villager of Xuzhuang Township, Zi County, Shandong Province. He began practicing Falun Gong in 1998. He was arrested for appealing in Beijing after the persecution began on July 20, 1999. He's been through all kinds of tortures while detained by local authorities. He escaped the detention center, but after that he couldn't go back home anymore. He has led a homeless life during the last few years and was followed by special agents frequently as well. He had to cut off all connection with his family. His aged mother and his wife suffer from his absence as they take care of his young child.

On September 29 and 30 of 2004, each person who has ever practiced Falun Gong in the Guan County of Liaocheng Area, Shandong Province was unlawfully harassed to some extent: followed, watched, abducted, home searched, the lock pried open, etc. Some practitioners sternly refused the unlawful home search by these wicked personnel. On September 28, 2004, practitioner Ni Ruxin was abducted by officials from Guan County, and was sent into a detention center. On October 13, entrepreneur Qian Shukun, a 54-year-old male practitioner, was working on a construction site when he was abducted by personnel from "610 Office" of Guan County and personnel from "610 Office" of Liaocheng City.
