(Clearwisdom.net) Torture Re-enactment: Shanhaiguan City Liaison Office in
Beijing Handcuffs Practitioners in Painful Positions Hebei Province Shanhaiguan City Liaison Office personnel in Beijing
handcuffed all practitioners behind their backs in the painful "carrying
the sword" position for refusing to tell their names or addresses. Even
children were not spared. More than 20 practitioners were locked in a room of
about 130 square feet. Both male and female practitioners were locked together,
and only a bucket was given to them as a toilet facility in the room. It was
snowing outside and it was dark and cold with no heat inside the room. Torture Reenactment: Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center Guards Pour Boiling
Water on Practitioners Guards at the Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center attempt to brainwash
practitioners by force. If practitioners refuse to be "reformed," the
perpetrators torture them by pouring boiling water on them. Torture at the Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center: Squatting on a Basin In mid-November 2002, in order to achieve the so-called "reform"
quota, Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center guards attempted to brainwash the
practitioners with brutal torture methods. Li Quanming, guard of the third team,
issued an order to drag steadfast practitioners into a basement room, chop off
their hair into a messy and ugly style, and only allow them to wear their
underwear. Then the criminals put ice cubes down the practitioners' underwear in
the back. Practitioners were forced to squat over a basin full of water. If
practitioners failed to keep the squatting posture and lost their balance, they
would fall into the water basin. Some practitioners were forced to hold a stool
on their head. If the stool fell off their head, the practitioners would be
beaten. November 11, 2004
