Torture in Jiutai Yinmahe Labor Camp (Re-enactment Photos)
By Xue Baoping, a practitioner from Jilin
(Clearwisdom.net) The following photos re-enact torture based on the
personal experiences of practitioners who were tortured in the labor camp. 1. Shocking private parts with electric baton On October 25, 2001, camp guard Tang Bo in Brigade One, Yinmahe Labor Camp,
Jiutai asked practitioner Xue Baoping from Jilin to provide forged evidence for
the investigation of the beating of practitioner Wang Wenhui. Mr. Xue Baoping
refused to lie, and guard Tang Bo scolded him fiercely, "How much does #24
work?" Another practitioner Wan Demin answered fairly. Tang Bo framed a
case against him and a group of criminal prisoners beat Mr. Wan brutally. Then
the thugs including, Meng Fanrong, Zeng Fanyi, Li Xiaodong, Lu Yanhui, Wang
Weidong, and Lu Tianlong pulled Mrs. Wan and Xue to the guard room and shocked
both of them with electric batons and beat them brutally until they lost
consciousness (Fig. 1). Fig. 1. Shocking private parts with electric batons 2. Brutal force-feeding Practitioner Xue Baoping held a hunger strike to protest the torture. On
October 29, guard Lu Yanhui ordered four criminal prisoners and Liang from
clinics to force-feed Mr. Xue with raw corn soup mixed with hot water and salt
in a spittoon. Guard Lu ordered the prisoners to put in more salt, and more than
half a pound was added. They inserted thick tubing into Mr. Xue's stomach,
causing him to feel a severe burning sensation in his stomach (Fig. 2) 3. Shocking with four electric batons and stuffing his mouth with stinking
socks On the afternoon of March 23, 2002, guards Tang Bo, Tan and Liu Xiduo brought
four others to a guard office, from which the tables and chairs had been
removed. They handcuffed Mr. Xue from behind and shackled him. Then they shocked
him with four electric batons. Guard Lu Yanhui from another brigade came to
borrow electric batons and saw Mr. Xue. Lu told the other guards, "This is
a tough guy. Stuff his mouth with the worst stinking socks." Mr. Xue was
tortured for over two hours, during which he experienced shortness of breath,
unconsciousness, and temporary loss of eyesight (Fig. 3). He did not fully
regain his eyesight until two years later. |
