Dallas, Texas: Chinese Ambassador Visits Dallas, Practitioners Call for Bringing Jiang, Luo, Liu and Zhou into Justice (Photos)

(Clearwsidom.net) On November 16, 2004, Chinese Ambassador Yang Jiechi
arrived in Dallas. Around 10:40 a.m., over a dozen practitioners went to the
Hyatt Regency Hotel, where Yang was staying. They held large banners with the
words, "Falun Dafa is Great" and "Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu
Jing and Zhou Yongkang to Justice." The colorful banners caught the
attention of hotel staff and guests. Some came forward to ask for more
information about Falun Gong. (Words on the banner: Bring the Jiang
Faction to Justice.) Two practitioners entered the hotel and clarified the truth about Falun Gong
and the persecution to the hotel manager. The practitioners told them, "We
are local Falun Gong practitioners. When we learned that the Chinese Ambassador
was staying here today, we came here to express our wish to have China stop the
persecution." The hotel staff confirmed the presence of the ambassador and
accepted the truth-clarification materials. They thanked the practitioners for
the information and said that the place outside the hotel was public and that
there was no problem for practitioners to appeal there. Bringing Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to Justice Banner with the words, "Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu
Jing and Zhou Yongkang to Justice" A practitioner explained that the four persons named in the banner were the
main perpetrators of the persecution of Falun Gong. Jiang Zemin personally conceived and escalated this persecution. He ordered
the "610
Office" to carry out an annihilation policy against Falun Gong
practitioners in China, and gave the directives, "defame their reputation,
bankrupt them financially and destroy them physically;" and "if
practitioners are beaten to death it is nothing and shall be counted as
suicide;" "cremate their body directly without identifying the
person." As Secretary of the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee of the
Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) Central Committee, Luo Gan personally planned
the defamation and framing of Falun Gong. He played a major role in the
persecution. Luo Gan used every speech he made at various meetings to incite the
Political and Judiciary departments to step up the persecution of Falun Gong. He
personally went to various places to oversee the execution of persecution
orders. Evidence shows that whenever Luo Gan conducted an inspection somewhere,
the arrest, torture and death toll of Falun Gong practitioners in that area
would increase dramatically. Liu Jing is the head of the "610
Office" and as such also went around to various places to direct the
brutal persecution of Falun Gong. He and Luo Gan often went together to the
Masanjia Forced Labor Camp to personally inspect the progress of the
brainwashing efforts against Falun Gong practitioners. They also promoted
throughout the province, and even the whole country, the cruel methods that
Masanjia had employed to torture Falun Gong practitioners. This spread the
pervasive, savage persecution techniques, which were then employed in detention
centers, forced labor camps and jails throughout Liaoning Province and the rest
of China. Liu Jing also personally helped plot and implement the staged
self-Immolation incident in Tiananmen Square, and was also responsible for the
creation of propaganda to incite hatred against Falun Gong. Zhou Yongkang was the secretary of Sichuan Province's Party Committee and is
currently the Minister of Public Security. His hands have been stained with the
blood of Falun Gong practitioners. During his tenure in Sichuan, he made Sichuan
one of the provinces where Falun Gong was persecuted the most. The Chinese Ambassador Avoids Meeting the Practitioners In front of the Hyatt Regency was a line of taxis waiting for hotel guests.
The practitioners explained the facts to them and every driver received a
truth-clarifying newspaper. The drivers praised the practitioners. One driver
said, "I believe that those you are waiting for have come." We saw
that at the side entrance of the hotel, there was a group of Chinese officials
stepping down from a vehicle. The practitioners holding the banners moved to
that location and the banners were clearly visible. The banners are clearly visible at the side entrance The practitioners appealed at the front gate and at the side entrance of the
hotel. The ambassador's car waited at the side entrance but then in a move to
avoid the practitioners, the car quickly drove to the rear entrance to pick up
the ambassador. A practitioner from Taiwan said, "The Chinese ambassador is the overseas
representative of the Chinese Government. Today he comes to Dallas. I took this
opportunity to let him know our practitioners' attention to the Jiang faction's
persecution of Falun Gong. We are appealing here to tell people that the main
perpetrators of the persecution have been sued in many countries. They will be
brought to justice. We hope that the ambassador will bring this message back to
China and ask China to stop the brutal persecution as soon as possible." A Western practitioner told a reporter, "As a Falun Gong practitioner, I
have come here to let the ambassador see us and let him know our attention to
the persecution in China. We request an immediate end of the persecution of
Falun Gong. Though he knows we are here, he intentionally avoids seeing us. I
think our message has been delivered." Children Wish to Know about Falun Gong Practitioners outside of the Hyatt Regency Hotel A kind gentleman talked with a practitioner putting a banner into his car,
"We came here to attend the activity. I talked with the ambassador just
now." He then asked, "Can you tell me anything about Falun Gong?"
The practitioner introduced Falun Gong to the gentleman. The man said he had
known about the persecution but was unsure about the current situation. He asked
for many copies of truth-clarification literature. He explained, "Give me
all of these. My children asked me about the matter and they wish to know more
about Falun Gong." When the practitioners left, they saw each of the children sitting in a car,
reading the literature earnestly. The hotel security guards also had the opportunity to know the truth about
Falun Gong and expressed their concern for those practitioners being tortured.
