Last year on Chinese National Day, I visited my hometown and learned that my brother-in-law had asthma; he had been sent to the emergency room a few times when he seemed to be suffocating from serious asthma attacks. His skin had become dark from taking Chinese medicine year in and year out, but no medicine proved effective.

This year when I went back, he was high spirited and his facial color had improved. He explained that a number of departments at his workplace had collected a lot of Falun Dafa literature distributed by practitioners there. The supervisor was going to send the materials to the public security office, but as a person with some authority in his department, my brother-in-law said: "Don't bother delivering the material. I will be responsible for this matter!" So they put the materials aside. Had he not done this, the department would have been forced to run a "brainwashing center."

My brother-in-law was actually sheltering the Falun Dafa practitioners who had distributed the materials. Because of his righteous action, his stubborn illness was directly cured as a result of this good deed. He asked me many times to thank Mr. Li, our Teacher, for him.

A woman in Yushu City, Jilin Province had severe headaches for over two years. When the headaches were bad, she rolled on her bed in agony. No medicine could provide relief. Her relatives who practice Falun Gong suggested she say to herself, "Falun Dafa is good!" to ease the pain. One time she had a bad headache. In desperation, she remembered and said, "Falun Dafa is good." As soon as she said it, her headache was immediately gone. She was very happy and called her other relatives to tell them, "Falun Dafa really is good!" She wrote "Falun Dafa is Good" on the wall of a passageway and repeatedly asked her relatives who practice Falun Gong to thank Mr. Li, our Teacher, for her.

Xiaoyu is a young student in Jilin Province. She suffered headaches and was diagnosed as having spasms in a blood vessel in her brain. Almost every month she needed an intravenous drip when the spasms occurred. One summer night, her headache recurred and it felt worse than usual. Her mother, a Falun Dafa practitioner, told her to recite "Falun Dafa is good."

She repeated it for two or three minutes, and felt better. Then she sat up and started reading "Zhuan Falun" (the principal text of Falun Dafa). Ten minutes into the reading, her headache was completely gone.

Her father did not believe in Falun Dafa before he witnessed this amazing recovery. He said, "It's a miracle. Before, it would take a few hours to see the effect even when the hospital gives her an injection. This only took about ten minutes, with no medication or injection, and she is completely well. I am convinced."

Delighted, Xiaoyu told her mother: "My biggest accomplishment this summer is that I learned that Falun Dafa is good. I didn't understand it when I saw you post "Falun Dafa is good" on walls before. Now I understand that you do it so others can benefit and you are truly trying to help people. I will also tell my friends and let them know that "Falun Dafa is good."
