Stories from My Truth Clarification Activities in China

One day, I carried materials to clarify the truth about Falun Gong with me on the bus. There was no empty seat left, so I just remained standing. I sent forth righteous thoughts to clean out all the evil forces that might prevent all beings from learning the truth about Falun Gong, and to let the beauty of Falun Gong flow into everyone's body at the microcosmic level. Right after I finished sending forth righteous thoughts, a young woman in the seat next to me asked me where I was planning to get off the bus. I told her my destination. She said, "Please take my seat. I won't get off the bus until the end point." I thanked her and said to her, "You are so kind. I want to tell you that I'm a Falun Gong practitioner. Falun Gong teaches people to be the best people. Please remember Falun Dafa is good, and you will be peaceful and happy." She kept nodding her head and said, "Thank you!"

The other day when I took a bus, a young woman felt very close to me as soon as she saw me and asked me to share a seat with her. I said, "I can tell you are a kind person. Do you know Falun Gong? It helps people to have kind hearts. Please do remember that Falun Dafa is good." She listened earnestly and said it seemed like she had known me a long time ago.

A young man was busy selling vegetables. I said, "Your trade is very busy." I then gave him a copy of truth-clarification materials and said, "This is for you. I wish you peace!" He took the materials and asked me, "Do you have any Falun Gong VCDs?" I was really happy for his understanding of the truth. I then put a truth-clarifying VCD in his car. He happily nodded his head.

One day, right after I got off a bus, a young man in his twenties rode by on his bicycle and tried to squeeze past me. I gave way to him. After he passed through the crowd, he stopped and looked at me. I thought that he must be a predestined person, and put a copy of truth-clarification materials in his bicycle basket. I said, "I wish you peace and happiness!" He happily said, "Thank you!" and then left.

One day when I was out, it suddenly started raining. I stood under a big tree to get shelter along with a middle-aged man and a teen-aged boy. I wanted to tell them the truth about Dafa. I said, "This rain comes so suddenly. In these few years, even the weather has become unusual." The man said, "It seems like disasters happen all the time." I said, "Regardless, please remember Falun Dafa is good. Falun Dafa has been spread to over 60 countries around the world. You should know that it is good." The man smiled and said, "That's right!" I then told the boy, "Remember Falun Dafa is good." Right after I finished, he said immediately, "I have known that for a long time already." Right after his words, the rain stopped. I felt that the rain had been arranged for me to clarify the truth to them.

One day I saw a person on the street whose neck was thicker than her head. I looked at her face, wasn't she my friend Zhang? I asked her what happened to her since I had not seen her for a long time. She said, "It is a goiter. The doctor says I need surgery. But I am afraid of surgery so I keep pushing it back." I told her, "I practice Falun Gong. There are many miraculous stories of healing in Falun Gong. If you believe Falun Dafa is good and recite from your heart that 'Falun Dafa is good' and 'Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance is good,' you will get better." But she just could not memorize those simple sentences. Maybe the evil forces were working against it since 'Falun Dafa is good' is no everyday sentence. I have come across many such cases during my truth-clarification. Sometimes I had to teach people the sentence several times before they could memorize it. I then wrote it down for her. After over 10 days, I went to see my friend and she was two-thirds healed. Upon seeing me, she told me happily, "My neighbors all asked me how my neck was healed so fast." I told her, "You should tell them that it was because 'Falun Dafa is good'!"

A woman used to practice Falun Gong, but due to the interference from her husband she gave up the practice. I told her that Falun Dafa has spread to over 60 countries. She said, "I want to practice but I don't have the book [Zhuan Falun]." I said, "If you want to practice, I can give you the book. Also, I can teach you to send forth righteous thoughts to keep your husband from interfering with you." A few days later, I saw her again. She said her husband did not interfere with her practice any more and her sister also wanted to practice. She wanted me to help her get Falun Gong books, too.

One day a middle-aged gentleman asked me for directions. I gave them to him. He said, "Thank you." I said, "I also want to tell you another thing. You will probably thank me more for it: Please remember 'Falun Dafa is good'!" Before I said any more words, he said, "I know Falun Dafa is good. I had a friend who practiced Falun Gong. He died as a result of the persecution. He was such a good man. You Falun Gong practitioners are all good people." He then shook hands with me. I said, "I hope you can tell more friends to remember 'Falun Dafa is good'" He said thank you once again and left.

My watch was broken. I saw a watch shop, so I went in. The lady who owned the shop asked, "What kind of watch do you want?" I said, "The most important thing is for it to be reliable and it should also be reasonably priced." I then chatted with her and told her how wonderful Falun Dafa is.

The next day, I went to the shop and gave the girls working there greeting cards and truth-clarification CDs. The girls all tried to be the first to get them and they asked, "How much?" I said, "They are free. I just hope you all will be blessed with happiness and peace."

The third time I visited the watch shop, a girl asked me, "Where did you get all these materials?" I said, "These are all made by practitioners using our own savings. In order to save the money it took to make those, some people even went hungry. I am telling you 'Falun Dafa is good' because I just want you to find happiness." The lady who owned the shop said, "My relative is working in the Provincial Police Department and is in charge of controlling Falun Gong. He now knows the truth about Falun Gong and will not work hard at suppressing it." Her words showed the importance of truth-clarification. It is our duty to let more people know the truth.

The above are several small stories in my truth-clarification. During the process of clarifying the truth, I gain a new understanding of the principle that Teacher taught us: "Cultivation depends on one's own efforts, while the transformation of gong is done by one's master." Fellow practitioners, let us strive forward together to better clarify the truth to all people.
