Holland: Practitioners Request the Expulsion of Bo Xilai during EU-China Summit (Photos)
By a practitioner in Holland
December 11, 2004 (Clearwisdom.net) On December 8, 2004, the EU-China Summit was held in
The Hague. The summit included a dialogue on human rights and a discussion of
the arms embargo. Falun Gong practitioners held an anti-torture exhibition on
the square in front of the Parliament Building in The Hague to expose the
tortures that practitioners are suffering in China. Many Dutch people saw such
cruel tortures for the first time and expressed their sympathy for Falun Gong
practitioners and condemned Jiang's faction. On December 9, the European Union and China Trade Talks were held in an
international conference center in the Hague, and the Chinese Minister of
Commerce Bo Xilai gave the opening address. Falun Gong practitioners practiced
the exercises outside the venue, welcomed Premier Wen Jiabao, requested that
human rights violator Bo Xilai (1) be expelled from Holland, and called for
bringing Jiang Zemin and his chief followers, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou
Yingkang, to justice. (1) In his former official positions as Mayor of Dalian and then Governor of
Liaoning Province, Bo Xilai was instrumental in the escalation of the
persecution of Falun Gong in the areas under his jurisdiction.
