(Clearwisdom.net) In October 2004, the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp administrators named the fourth brigade the "Strict Management Brigade." On October 11, officers from the fourth brigade forced Falun Gong practitioners to memorize their rules, and brutally beat practitioners who refused to do so. He Qinghui, Li Chunlin, Sun Rong, Yao Sitong, Wang Shiwei, Gao Jizhu, An Xiulun, and Fang Qi were beaten to unconsciousness, and there was blood everywhere.

These practitioners were incapable of moving about on their own afterward. More than fifty days have passed, and He Qinghui is still unconscious. After the guards beat him, he had thirteen visible wounds, and internally, his stomach was bleeding. He is on life support, including oxygen and intravenous solutions.

The police who brutalized the practitioners were: Hao Wei, captain of the fourth brigade, Wu (first name unknown), director of the management division, and Ao Ping and Ding Yanfeng, "educators" of the fourth brigade. Other staff members of the forced labor camp who have persecuted practitioners are: Yang Wei, He Wei, Guo Lei, Li Changhong, Pang Haifeng, Zhong Xiaotao and Zhou Yantao.

To conceal their crimes, the camp administrators and the fourth brigade staff extended the sentence of one of the beaten practitioners for 25 days.

He Qinghui is now kept in a one-bed room at the second hospital of the Heilongjiang Province Chinese Medicine University. His doctor's name is Jin Zhe.
