1. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Masanjia Forced Labor Camp Refuses to Release Ms. Sun Jiping; Her Life Is in Imminent Danger
Ms. Sun Jiping is a Falun Dafa practitioner in Linghai City, Liaoning Province. On September 21, 2004, she was unlawfully taken to the No. 5 Sub-Group of Unit 1 at Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.
After suffering extensive abuse, Ms. Sun's life is in imminent danger. She is very weak, suffers from cramps all over her body, and cannot walk. Her family has contacted the labor camp authorities demanding her release. Her husband has been waiting at Masanjia for three days (from November 5 - 8). However the labor camp authorities not only refuse to release Ms. Sun, they won't even provide any medical treatment for her.
2. [Shantou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Zhang Shengli, in His Seventies, Injected with Unknown Drugs
Mr. Zhang Shengli, over 70 years old, is from Gurao Town in the Chaoyang District of Shantou City, Guangdong Province. On June 7, 2004, he was forcibly taken to a brainwashing center from his home for no reason. The brainwashing center is located at the former Shantou City Detention and Education Facility. Mr. Zhang has been held there for over six months as he refused to sign the "Three Statements" [renouncing Falun Dafa]. At present, police officers and guards are administering the injection of unknown drugs into his body.

3. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Details on the Arrest of Ms. Han Li from Dalian City
On October 29, 2004, Li, Party Secretary of Jiaofang Neighborhood Administration Office, and Wang Hong of the Political and Judiciary committee of the neighborhood administration, broke into the home of Ms. Han Li's mother. They did not find Ms. Han there. Around 11:00 a.m. officers arrived at Paoya Residential Complex where she was doing some maintenance work. The officers and officials were from the Jiaofang Neighborhood Administration Office in the Ganjingzi District of Dalian City, Jiaofang Police Stations, Paoya Police Station, and the Comprehensive Management Office of Shanzhongcun Neighborhood Administration Office. The officers tried to coerce Ms. Han to quit practicing Falun Gong, which she solemnly rejected.
The officers then forcibly took her into custody without presenting any legal paperwork. The next day when Ms. Han's mother went to the police station to see her, the officers lied, saying that they knew nothing about her. After going through many channels to locate Ms. Han, her family found out that she is being held at Huanbao Hotel at No. 3 Xinghai Station in Dalian. Each practitioner is being held in a separate room and is monitored by three people. Ms. Han is now on a hunger strike in protest of the illegal detention.
Han Li is a nurse at the Petro-Chemical Hospital of Dalian Petro-Chemical Company. She was dismissed from the company in 1999 for her steadfast belief in Falun Dafa. Li Tingxu, head of the security division at the company, and Zhang Yi, the general manager made the decision to dismiss her. She was not able to go back to work or find a job in a state-owned company. Instead she was sent to various places for persecution by the local police station, including Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, Dalian Forced Labor Camp, Dalian Drug Rehabilitation Center, and Shenzhen Detention Center.

4. [Beijing] Ms. Cheng Yufeng Arrested
Ms. Cheng Yufeng is from Daotian Village at Changyang Town in the Fangshan District of Beijing. On October 30, 2004, officers from Fangshan Police Department arrested her. She is being held at Fangshan Detention Center.
5. [Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Lu Gaojun from Heilongjiang Province Unlawfully Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
Last week, Jiangbei People's Court in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province sentenced Mr. Lu Gaojun to three years in prison. Mr. Lu is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Heilongjiang Province who was forced to leave home to avoid arrest and persecution and stayed in Ningbo City. In the first half of 2004 he sent text messages via cellular phone to raise public awareness of Falun Dafa. He was arrested after being found out and is being unlawfully held at Ningbo Detention Center.

6. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Huang Jinrong Arrested by Officers from Qianjin Police Station in Ningjiang District
Ms. Huang Jinrong, 37, lives in the Ningjiang District of Songyuan City, Jilin Province. She was taken into custody by the Ningjiang District No. 1 Branch Police Department in 2001 simply because all four members of her family were practicing Falun Dafa. Sun Bingren, head of the political security section of the branch police department, and Sun's driver unlawfully extorted 24,000 yuan from her family before Ms. Huang was released.
On the afternoon of October 30, 2004, officers from Qianjin Police Station arrested Ms. Huang while she was raising public awareness of Falun Dafa. She is being held at the Songyuan City Detention Center.
7. [Xingtang County, Hebei Province] Two Falun Dafa Practitioners Remain in Custody at Police Department
Officers from the political security section of the Xingtang County Police Department arrested ten Falun Dafa practitioners after they were done distributing truth-clarifying materials and raising public awareness of Falun Dafa. Eight practitioners have been released and two remain in custody.

8. [Yunfu City, Guangdong Province] Yunfu City Court Attempts to Sentence Five Falun Dafa Practitioners
On November 12, 2004, Yunfu City Court in Guangdong Province was planning to openly put on trial and sentence Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Xu Shuhua, Ms. Lin Jinghong, Ms. Chen Jiequn, Mai Yuefa and Ms. Li Meihua.
When the court held its initial hearing on October 13, the five practitioners defended themselves convincingly. The judge was left without an argument and could not proceed with sentencing.
9. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Sumei Unlawfully Sentenced to Eight Years in Prison
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Sumei, from Shuangtai Township in Changyi City of Weifang City, Shandong Province, had been living away from home for over three years in order to avoid arrest from her home. In November 2003, she was arrested in the Zhifu District of Yantai City, Shandong Province. Ms. Wang was held at Zhifu Detention Center for over six months. In the autumn of 2004, Wang Sumei was secretly sent to Jinan Women's Prison in Shandong Province by officials of the Changyi City Police Department in coordination with the detention center authority. She is to serve an unlawful prison term of eight years.
After the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, Ms. Wang has been held in custody numerous times, suffering all sorts of inhumane torture each time. Officers from the Changyi City Police Department and the city's "610 Office" periodically broke into and ransacked her home. There was one time when the officers broke into the wrong house and ransacked her neighbor's home instead and smashed quite a few items. In the end the police paid Ms. Wang's neighbor 800 yuan and demanded that she keep silent about the incident.
10. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Current Situation of the Family of Deceased Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Wang Xianyou
Mr. Wang Xianyou died on January 7, 2001 as a result of inhumane force-feeding while he was on hunger strike at Fenjin Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City, Jilin Province. His eldest son Wang Liquan, 28, works at odd jobs in Beijing after graduating from college. His daughter Wang Liqun, 25, also works on odd jobs in Beijing. She only has an elementary school education. Mr. Wang's wife, Ms. Zhou Guiyun, 55, and his mother-in-law Wu Guilan, 75, have a hard time making a living and are supported by the two children working in Beijing, and by other relatives.
11. [Shiyan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Lan Inhumanely Abused at Wuhan Women's Prison
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Lan, 31, is from Shiyan City, Hubei Province. At the end of October 2002 she was arrested and sentenced to prison in Beijing. She has been held in the Wuhan Women's Prison since her transfer there in May 2004. By October 2004, she had been on hunger strikes three times in protest over the persecution. Ms. Liu is being held in isolation in a small cell, with surveillance equipment installed. The police have prevented any information about her to be passed out of the prison. When her family went to visit her recently, Liu Lan had become emaciated and was completely out of shape. Two bruised scars were seen on either side of her mouth (a result of brutal force-feeding for an extended period). She also had a difficult time walking.
12. [Manzhouli City, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Zhang Chunjie and Mr. Cui Hong Again Placed under Arrest
On May 13, 2004, Manzhouli City Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Zhang Chunjie, Mr. Cuihong and Mr. Zhang Guoyun were arrested after police received reports that they were distributing truth-clarifying materials. They were taken to Manzhouli City Detention Center. Zhao Lishi, deputy head of the Manzhouli City Police Department, and Wang Qinghai, head of the State Security Unit, each extorted 10,000 to 30,000 yuan from the three practitioners before releasing them on parole.
On November 9, 2004, the police carried out a deceptive plan, telling the practitioners to attend brainwashing sessions; actually officials had decided to send them to a forced labor camp. Guo Weimin, manager of Manzhouli Water Company assisted Zhao Lishi and An Qingyuan, of the state security unit, in arresting Zhang Chunjie at work. Cui Hong was also arrested on the same day. Zhang Guoyun avoided the arrest only because he wasn't at home that day.

13. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Song Guozhen from Haizhu District Thrown into a Brainwashing Center
Ms. Song Guozhen is retired. Early September 2004, not long after she returned from visiting her hometown in Northeast China, officials of the "610 Office" took her to a brainwashing center. She has been there for over a month. No further details are available, as officials have prevented any leakage of information.
14. [Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province] Cangxi County Police Launch an All-Out Campaign to Arrest Falun Dafa Practitioners
Ms. Qiu Laifeng was arrested a few days ago while distributing truth-clarifying materials at Qiping Town in Cangxi County.
Mr. Cui Kai, formerly head of the Cangxi County Health Bureau, had been arrested and held in custody three times. On November 7, 2004, officers from Yuedong Police Station and the head of Wenchang Police Station arrested Mr. Cui. He was released the next day. But at 9:20 a.m. on November 9, Li Xiaofu, head of the county detention center, came to Mr. Cui's home at Yuedong in person and unlawfully took him to the detention center.
Li Changgeng, former head of Wenchang Food Outlet, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on November 11, 2004.

15. [Zhijiang City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhu Hancheng Arrested and Tortured
Mr. Zhu Hancheng is a Falun Dafa practitioner in Zhijiang City, Hubei Province. He was unlawfully taken into custody in 2000 for downloading Falun Dafa articles from the Minghui.org website. Officials from Zhijiang City "610 Office" ransacked his home numerous times. In addition, they also took possession of almost everything in the software store he owned and operated. As a result, the store had to be shut down, which brought significant losses to Mr. Zhu's family.
In July 2004 Mr. Zhu downloaded truth-clarifying contents and burned CDs for distributing in the family quarters of the No. 61699 Army based in Zhijiang City. Qian Rong of the 61699 Defense Factory alerted the authorities and Mr. Zhu was arrested and taken to Group 1 of Unit 3 of Shayang Forced Labor Camp in Qilihu, Zhongxiang City.
Officers from the Zhijiang City Police Department took possession of computers, CD burners and other personal property at Mr. Zhu's home. His wife, who has been dismissed from her job, barely has enough for her and their kindergarten-aged child to live on.
16. [Beijing] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Wen Jizhong Suffering Inhumane Treatment at Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp in Beijing
Mr. Wen Jizhong, 52, is from Ligezhuang Village in Chengguan Town, Miyun County. He has a son and a daughter, both young and still living at home.
In the second half of 2003, leaders of Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp isolated practitioners who had refused to be transformed for long periods of time throughout the labor camp. So-called "hardcore classes" were formed. Mr. Wen Jizhong was sent to a "hardcore class" in Unit No. 1 at Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp. Later he was held in isolation in an intensive training unit for over eight months. After the dissolution of the intensive training unit, he was transferred into the same unit (formerly a "hardcore class") that practitioner Bai Shaohua was in. Mr. Wen has remained firm in his belief despite inhumane torture and coercive brainwashing tactics.
17. [Xiamen City, Fujian Province] Siming District Court Unlawfully Put Falun Dafa Practitioners on Trial
In early May 2004, six Falun Dafa practitioners, including Mr. Xu Guoping, were arrested. From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the six practitioners were unlawfully put on trial at Siming District Court in Xiamen City. When local practitioners heard about this, they arrived at the court voluntarily. Several practitioners went into the courtroom and observed the proceedings.

18. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Yali, Liu Xiangyun and Ms. Chu Zhongmei Unlawfully Sentenced to Prison
On April 22, 2004 Jinan police unlawfully arrested Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Yu Yali, Liu Xiangyun, Ms Chu Zhongmei and Su Shuzheng. According to reliable sources, the Tianqiao District Court in Jinan City has held trials of the practitioners and sentenced Yu Yali, Liu Xiangyun and Chu Zhongmei to ten years in prison each. The decision has been filed with the provincial and municipal courts for approval. The central government has been notified as well. It has been reported that the sentencing was to be announced next week. Information on the sentencing of Su Shuzheng is not yet clear.

19. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Officials at No. 3 Steel-Smelting Factory of Wuhan Steel Company Take Falun Dafa Practitioner to Brainwashing Center
Officials at the No. 3 Steel-Smelting Factory of Wuhan Steel Company helped the Hubei Province "610 Office" to forcibly take Ms. Liu Xiaolan, an employee of the factory, to Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center. She has been held there for over a month.

20. [Ningxia Autonomous Region] Reports on Several Falun Dafa Practitioners under Persecution
Ningxia Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Ma Zhiwu has been twice sentenced to forced labor since the persecution began on July 20, 1999. He has recently been suffering various kinds of inhumane torture administered by uniformed guards at Baituzigang Forced Labor Camp in Ningxia for refusing to give up his belief in "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance." Mr. Ma has been tortured with shocks from electric batons, been handcuffed and hung up, hung up by his feet, deprived of sleep for an extended period, and forced to engage in intensive labor. Labor camp authorities even instigated inmates to brutally beat him, and he suffered broken ribs as a result. Mr. Ma is on a hunger strike to protest his illegal detention; his life is in imminent danger due to the inhumane abuse he is suffering at the labor camp.
Ms. Mo Ping, 27, is a taxi driver in Shizuishan City, Ningxia. At the end of June 2004, half a dozen plainclothes police officers arrested her while she was on her shift driving. Ms. Mo was unlawfully sentenced to three and a half years in prison on September 10.
In July, three Falun Dafa practitioners, Ms. Zheng Fengying, around 60 years old, her husband, and her niece, all from Wuzhong, Ningxia, were arrested.

Ms. Ye Cuilan is a retired employee of the News Media Institute at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Police arrested her on October 24, 2004. She is being held at Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center in Wuhan City, Hubei Province.

22. [Siping City, Jilin Province] Police Officers at 110 Emergency Number Arrest Ms. Wei Guiqin
Ms. Wei Guiqin is a Falun Dafa practitioner in Siping City, Jilin Province. On October 29, 2004, informants alerted the police while she was distributing Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials. The 110 emergency response police arrested her and took her to the Beimen Street Police Station in the Tiedong District of Siping City. Wang Xueyin, director of the police station, along with another officer, drove to Ms. Wei's home to ransack the place.

23. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Most Recent Report on Ms. Chen Xiaojuan and Ms. Wu Jingjun
Ms. Wu Jingjun graduated from Jiangxi Finance and Economics University and was the deputy head of the accounting section at Import and Export Trade Company of Lightweight Industrial Products, a subsidiary of Jiangxi Province Foreign Trade Bureau. She once served three years of forced labor for practicing Falun Dafa. She lives with her husband and their 4-year-old son.
Ms. Chen Xiaojuan, 40, a graduate of Jiangxi Finance and Economics University, was a clerk at Import and Export Trade Company of Lightweight Industrial Products. She was also sentenced to three years of forced labor for practicing Falun Dafa. She was released at the end of her term only because she stayed on a hunger strike in protest of her illegal detention.
The two practitioners have been dismissed from their jobs at Import and Export Trade Company. On September 20, they were arrested by 110 emergency response police while distributing Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials in Guixi City, Jiangxi Province. They were initially held at the Guixi Political Security Unit and later transferred to the Legal Section of the city's police department.

Born on May 24, 1964, Ms. Chen Xiaojuan is from Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Her former employer is the Import and Export Trade Company of Lightweight Industrial Products, a subsidiary of Jiangxi Province Foreign Trade Bureau. She started practicing Falun Dafa in 1998. After the persecution started on July 20, 1999, she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa. She was sent to Jiangxi Province Psychiatric Hospital by the provincial "610 Office" for further persecution, and held there from May 2000 to July 2000.
In 2000, Ms. Chen went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa a second time. She was arrested and held at Nanchang City No. 2 Detention Center. During her hunger strike there, she was force-fed high-density salt water made from 200 grams (about half a pound) of salt, for escalated torture. In January 2001, Ms. Chen was unlawfully sentenced to three years in prison for distributing Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials.
On September 20, 2004, she was arrested again by the Guixi City "610 Office" while distributing truth-clarifying materials.
24. [Chongqing] Ms. Li Yinying Arrested by State Security Police
At 2:00 p.m. on November 10, 2004, nine state security officers broke into Ms. Li Yinying's home in the Jiangbei District of Chongqing City and arrested her. Ms. Li's current whereabouts are unknown.

25. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhao Xishun, Ms. Ma Li and Others Unlawfully Sentenced to Forced Labor
Since October 21, 2004, the Dehui City Police Department, the Political Security Committee and local "610 Offices" in Dehui City, Jilin Province have carried out planned arrests of Falun Gong practitioners. It has been reported that about 20 people have been arrested.
Mr. Li Decheng was taken to the No. 1 Division of the Changchun Police Department. His current whereabouts are unknown.
Mr. Zhao Xishun was sent to Liaoyuan Forced Labor Camp where he is serving an unlawful forced labor term.
Ms. Ma Li and others were sent to Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp.
Mr. Wang Zongbin and Ms. Zhao Jinmin were sent to Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp in Jiutai. Ms. Zhao was not admitted after failing to pass a physical exam. She remains in custody with other Falun Dafa practitioners at detention facilities in Dehui City, Jilin Province.

26. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Huang Ronghua Arrested by Police in the Xishan District
Ms. Huang Ronghua, 64, was arrested in the Xishan District of Kunming City at 3:00 p.m. on November 5, 2004. On November 11, police ransacked her home.
27. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Shuzhen Arrested
Ms. Wang Shuzhen lives at No. 29 East Jiangwan Road in the Changyi District of Jilin City. Before being unlawfully fired for practicing Falun Gong on November 11 2000, she had been a uniformed guard at Jilin Provincial Prison.
In October 2000, Ms. Wang was sentenced to two years of forced labor as she had appealed for Falun Gong. According to internal sources at the police department, Ms. Wang wrote a letter to Wang Yunkun, Party Secretary of Jilin Province, on June 22, 2004, asking for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong. She was arrested by the State Security Group of the Jilin City Police Department and handed over to the Minzhu Police Station in the Changyi District of Jilin Province. Ms. Wang is being held at Jilin City No. 3 Detention Center to be sent to a forced labor camp.
28. [Hunan Province] Six Falun Dafa Practitioners Arrested in Beijing and Sent Back to Their Hometown in Hunan Province
On October 11, 2004, six female Falun Dafa practitioners from Hunan Province bought tickets to tour Tiananmen Square. They are Zou Meiying, Deng Shunhua, Tan Zhongtian, He Qionghui, Tan Lurong and Guan Pingtian. Female police officers conducted body searches on the practitioners and then arrested them as they refused to follow the officers in cursing Falun Dafa.
29. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] 70-Year-Old Mr. Fan Yongde from Haizhu District Again Placed under Arrest
Mr. Fan Yongde, 70 years old, is a retired government employee from the Guangzhou City Bureau of Water Channels. He was arrested by Guangzhou police in 2001 for practicing Falun Gong and unlawfully sentenced to two years of forced labor.

30. [Huaiyin, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Sun Yingchun from Lianshui County Sent to Dafeng Forced Labor Camp in Jiangsu Province
The September 18th report on the Minghui.org website announcing that Ms. Sun Yingchun, a middle school physics teacher in Lianshui County, Huaiyin City, Jiangsu Province, was unlawfully sentenced to forced labor has caught the attention of people upholding justice both in China and overseas. Local officials were intimated and they did not dare to send Ms. Sun to the labor camp for a while. Recently, they finally decided to forcibly take her to Dafeng Forced Labor Camp in Jiangsu Province.
Ms. Sun Yingchun was arrested under the suspicion that she had exposed the severe persecution against Mr. Chen Guanghui to media outside of China. Mr. Chen was formerly a department manager and deputy chief of the computers section at the Lianyungang Branch of China People's Construction Bank. He was unlawfully detained on September 10, 2001 and sentenced to eight years in prison on September 12, 2002. Mr. Chen was incarcerated in Suzhou Prison, where he remained unconscious due to inhumane torture. His life was in imminent danger.

31. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Police Arrest Former Head of Guo County, Ms. Li Guoqin, and Other Falun Dafa Practitioners
Ms. Li Guoqin is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Changlong Township in Qianguo County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province. Around 8:00 a.m. on November 8, 2004, she and another practitioner were followed by Li Guoyou, an officer from the Changlong Township Police Station, on their way to Falun Dafa practitioner Shen Weiliang's home at Daxing Village. The police arrested the two practitioners.
Around 1:30 p.m. the same afternoon, the police also placed Shen Weiliang under arrest. Shen managed to escape with righteous thoughts in mind while being handcuffed. The other two Falun Dafa practitioners, both of them women, are being held at Qianguo County Detention Center.

32. [Linyi County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Qi Hongjuan Detained and Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Qi Hongjuan, over 30 years old, is from Linyi County, Shanxi Province. She has been detained and fined by local police numerous times for practicing Falun Gong. Her home has also been ransacked periodically. Before the October 1, 2003 National Day, Ma Shunsheng and other officers from the political security group of the county police department jumped over the wall around her home and dragged Ms. Qi to a brainwashing unit. Over thirty other practitioners from the same county were also held at the brainwashing facility with her. In June 2004, Ms. Qi was again unlawfully detained until the October 1 National Day and was sentenced to forced labor afterwards.

Ms. He Maofen, 57, lives at Gaoqiao Town in Yishui County, Shandong Province. She was arrested on November 10, 2004 for raising public awareness of Falun Dafa. Her home was also ransacked.

34. [Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Xugui from Dongying City Unlawfully Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Jiang Xugui, 49, has been laid off from Guangrao Distribution Outlet in Guangrao County, Shandong Province. She used to suffer numerous illnesses, which all disappeared after she started practicing Falun Gong.
On October 10, 2004, Ms. Jiang was arrested by officers from the Guangrao County Police Department while raising public awareness of the persecution against Falun Gong in Xiying Township in Guangrao County. The "610 Office" of the Guangrao County Police Department tried to extort cash from her family and was rejected. Officials of the "610 Office" sent Ms. Jiang to the Dongying City Detention Center for unlawful custody for over a month before demanding cash fines from her family. The officials also dispatched people to her home to investigate the family's financial situation. After verifying that her family indeed could not come up with such fines, the authorities sent Ms. Jiang Xugui to Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo City for three years of forced labor in early November.

35. [Baotou City, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Ren Dechen and His Entire Family Arrested by Baotou City Police
Late in the evening of September 20, police officers in the Jiuyuan District of Baotou City broke into Mr. Ren Dechen's home without presenting any legal identification or paperwork. The officers who took part in the raid were Wei, head of the police department, Officer Sun Lijun from the police department, and Zhang Jiahao and Lu (female) from the Procuratorate. They ransacked Mr. Ren's home and then unlawfully went to his eldest daughter's home for search and arrest. Two men and three women at Mr. Ren's home have all been placed under arrest.

On the morning of November 11, Mr. Fan Yongde from Guangzhou City was raising public awareness of Falun Dafa near Chenjiaci. Police unlawfully detained him after receiving a report from informants.
37. [Chongqing] Police Arrest Ren Xiaoling and Other Practitioners
On November 6, 2004, Ms. Ren Xiaoling and Ms. Chen Changlan from Chongqing City went to Caijia Town in Jiangjin City to distribute Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials to the public. Officers from the Jiangjin City State Security Unit arrested them. They are being held at Jiangjin City Detention Center. It has been reported that another male practitioner was also arrested at the same time.
