Spain: 610 Office Representatives from Four Chinese Provinces are Under Investigation by the Spanish Police

(Clearwisdom.net) On November 29, after hearing that four 610 Office representatives would be visiting Europe with a tourist group, Spanish Falun Gong practitioners immediately reported to Spain's Highest Police Office that the four criminals who are persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in China might be entering Spain. In addition, practitioners handed in evidence of the crimes of the four people and testimonies of witnesses to the police, while demanding that the police immediately investigate all four of them. They are Zhang Xiaoguang of Heilongjiang Province, Zhang Xianlin of Beijing , Dong Zongfang of Shangdong Province and Gao Kuixian from Jilin City.

The 610 Office directly plots, manipulates, and participates in the Jiang regime's illegal campaign that persecutes, defames, and fabricates rumors against Falun Gong and Falun Gong practitioners. In particular, the policies of the 610 Office, implemented throughout the persecution, of "defaming their reputation, bankrupting them financially, destroying them physically," "considering it suicide if beaten to death," and "cremating the body on the spot without checking the identity" amount to coordinating, assisting and directly carrying out the crime of genocide ordered by China's leader, Jiang Zemin, in his oppression and persecution of Falun Gong. The destructive and devastating role played by the 610 Office - an organization of terror - is not unlike that of the Gestapo, under Hitler's direction, in their persecution of the Jewish people during the Holocaust in World War II.

The Spanish Police were seriously concerned after learning that the four Chinese officials' crimes included actively participating in and organizing the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. They immediately informed officials in Madrid, Barcelona's highest anti-terrorism police station and the National Court, and promptly checked whether the four officers had arrived in Spain or not.

According to investigations, these four criminals haven't yet appeared in the list of Chinese tourist groups entering Spain. The Spanish police said, "These four people have been put on record by the Highest Police Office. Once they step into Spain, the Spanish police will have the right to summon and interrogate them."

In the meantime, a lawyer representing Falun Gong practitioners officially filed the lawsuits against Zhang Xiaoguang, Zhang Xianlin, Dong Zongfang and Gao Kuixian in Spain's State Court. The lawsuits accuse them of genocide and crimes of torture. Heilongjiang Province, Beijing, Shangdong Province and Jilin City are four places where Falun Gong practitioners are being persecuted most severely. Moreover, these four representatives of the 610 Office are actively organizing the persecution under the direct control of the former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin and his accomplices Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang. They have already broken Chinese law and international laws. Although these people are temporarily escaping the judgment of the law in Mainland China, once they leave China to visit any democratic country with a fair legal system, they will be brought to justice.
