(Clearwisdom.net) On December 18 and 19, 2004, the annual Tomato
Cultural Festival was held in Luzhu, Kaohsiung County. In order to let more
people learn about Falun Dafa, Kaohsiung practitioners participated in the
event.

After the county-head of Luzhu, Mr. Su, learned about Falun Dafa, he wanted
to help residents benefit as well, so he arranged for the practitioners to
demonstrate the exercises and pass out information and paper lotus flowers.
On the second day, the township government provided a spacious area to
practitioners. Many people came to ask for materials about Falun Gong, look at
the pictures about the practice spreading around the world and the persecution
in China. Practitioners gave out paper lotus flowers they made themselves.
Crowds surrounded the site and the county-head also came to encourage the
practitioners.
After the event, there were still many residents who came to ask where they
could learn Falun Gong.
