(Clearwisdom.net) In mid-November 2004, Taiwan Yih Chyun Corp. published
the book, Weathering the Storm. This book tells the story of a Chinese Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Zhong
Fanqiong. She is from Sichuan Province and owned a private transportation
company with assets worth over 700,000 yuan. However, for over 30 years, she
often visited doctors and took medicine because she had congenital angioma (a
knot of distended blood vessels) in her lower right leg. Over 30 specialists
had consulted and all agreed it was a difficult case. After she practiced Falun
Dafa for two months, she miraculously recovered completely. In July 1999, Jiang's regime started its brutal persecution of Falun Gong.
For saying "Falun Dafa is good," the author suffered countless
difficulties, including illegal detention and imprisonment in labor camps on 29
occasions for a total of 743 days. She was tortured with various methods. This is the story of one woman's experience, but it also represents the
experiences of hundreds of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners who have
suffered torture over the last five years. We hope that you will understand more
