Please Join Our Discussions on How to File Lawsuits in China against Those Who Persecute Falun Dafa

Recently, we practitioners in Jinzhou City have been discussing filing a lawsuit against the Jinzhou City Forced Labor Camp for their crime of brutally torturing several hundred practitioners. We all agree that we should do it. However, we don't know how. Therefore, I'm writing to the Minghui/Clearwisdom website to invite fellow practitioners, both inside and outside of China, to join our discussion on this topic.

Here, I'd like to share my personal understandings on this. Please correct me if I say anything inappropriate.

Currently, the evil is still quite rampant. It's difficult for many practitioners to physically gather together. Therefore, it's impractical for all the several hundred plaintiffs and their families to file a lawsuit. Just imagine how much time it might take to collect their signatures, let alone to get reports from each of them.

I'm wondering whether the Minghui/Clearwisdom website would like to start a column on potential lawsuits against Jiang, the 610 Offices, forced labor camps, brainwashing classes, and especially government departments and officials that have been actively involved in persecuting Falun Dafa and practitioners. Then, practitioners and their families can send reports about the persecution they or other have suffered to the website. For those who violated international laws or conventions, Minghui/Clearwisdom can then forward the reports to related legislative institutions or human rights organizations and in the process expose those crimes to the whole world. In a word, the purpose is to use Minghui/Clearwisdom as a channel to collect evidence, so practitioners nationwide can participate in lawsuits against Jiang, those few malicious high-ranking officials in the central government, and those vicious people at the "610" offices, forced labor camps, and brainwashing classes.

Also, it would 'be great if Minghui/Clearwisdom could prepare a summary report on the persecution crimes committed by Jiang, Luo Gan, Liu Jing, Zhou Yongkang, 610 Offices, forced labor camps, and brainwashing classes; listing their common crimes and violations of laws. It should be simple and easy to understand, so that every practitioner can take and use it. Meanwhile, practitioners can download witness reports from the website and distribute them to governmental departments and the public, so that everyone in China and around the world can learn the truth about the persecution, and so that many more' practitioners and their families can join in this lawsuit campaign. Eventually, the whole nation of China will be suing the head of the evil. Each area will be suing those vicious people as well as the 610 Offices, forced labor camps, and brainwashing classes in their area.

In order to involve more practitioners and others who want to uphold justice, we hope more practitioners can join our discussion and share their thoughts and understandings. We need to be rational and clear-minded during the whole process - from drafting the indictment to publishing the malicious people's crimes. We need to give the evil a heavy blow while protecting fellow practitioners. We hope fellow practitioners can come up with better and more appropriate ideas. For the sake of sentient beings, let's strive forward together and try our best as Falun Dafa practitioners.
