(Clearwisdom.net) After Falun Dafa practitioners clarified the truth to a
wider audience, more people have come to learn the truth. They not only
supported Dafa activities but also wanted to learn the Falun Gong exercises.
Therefore, a lot of new practitioners were coming to each practice site. At the
Fa-promotion events, there were also many people wanting to learn the exercises.
To meet the large demand for learning Falun Gong, the Toronto University
Falun Dafa Club hosted a nine-day class at the Continuing Education Center from
December 11 to 19, 2004. The session was free and open to the public.
Learning the Falun Gong exercises
Winter in Toronto is very cold, especially after snowfalls. A few days after
the class started, it began to rain and snow heavily in Toronto. But the new
students came on time even on snowy days, and listened to the lectures in the
classroom. They learned the exercises after the lectures and the
exercise-teaching video. Some students also brought their relatives and friends
to the lectures. Some people who attended the class this time asked for the
schedule for the next nine-day class.
On December 14 and 16, practitioners went to another city to organize the
"Uncompromising Courage Art Show" at Guelph University. In order to
guarantee the smooth running of the nine-day class, these veteran practitioners
drove the 60 kilometers back to Toronto. When the new students heard about it,
they listened to the lectures even more carefully. After nine days, all the
students learned the five exercises, and some of them felt their attitude on
life also changed.
More and more people learned the beauty of Falun Dafa, and more predestined
people obtained Dafa and began to cultivate.
