High-Ranking Officials In Heilongjiang Province Receive Karmic Retribution

(Clearwisdom.net) In August 2004, the Heilongjiang Province Forced Labor Bureau formally made a decision: all Falun Gong practitioners illegally sentenced to prison in Heilongjiang Province had to serve their sentences in Hulan Prison. Hulan Prison usually imposes long sentences on prisoners. Since August, 2004, practitioners Liu Fenglin, Han Jianmin and others were transferred to this facility and persecuted.

According to incomplete information, at least 159 deaths of Falun Gong practitioners due to the persecution in Heilongjiang Province have been verified. This constitutes about 14.2% of the total persecution deaths of Falun Gong practitioners in China. Among all provinces, Heilongjiang has the highest number of deaths of practitioners due to the persecution. 25 practitioners have died in Daqing City alone, constituting 15.72% of the total persecution deaths in the province. The death rate in Daqing City makes it the city that has the highest death rate of Dafa practitioners in China. Ranghulu District has had 13 persecution deaths, which constitutes 52% of the total number in the city, and is therefore the highest among all the districts in China.

Good is rewarded with good and evil meets with retribution. On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival (September 28), all the divisional chiefs in the Heilongjiang provincial government were called to a meeting. In the meeting, Deputy Governor Fu Xiaoguang, Deputy Chairman of the People's Congress Fan Guangju, Provincial Party Standing Committee Member and Chief Secretary Zhang Qiuyang, Provincial Chief Prosecutor Xu Fa, and Provincial Court Chief Judge Xu Yandong were removed from their positions. Before that, Heilongjiang Province Governor Tian Fengshan and Provincial Deputy Secretary Han Guizhi were removed from their positions, and possibly face criminal charges.

The Party Secretaries of the cities of Daqing, Mudanjiang, Hegang, and Suihua, the cities where Falun Dafa practitioners were persecuted the worst, were also relieved of their duties, and so were the mayors of Jiamusi and Jixi, and the personnel division chief of Heilongjiang Province. The deputy mayor of Jixi tried to commit suicide by taking poison and was rescued. The chief secretary of Jixi was placed under "shuang gui" [a Communist Party term, which means this official has been placed in confinement and the authorities are expecting a confession of his corruption or other wrongdoings by a set deadline].

If Heilongjiang Province continues to carry out the genocidal policy of Jiang Zemin's regime - "Torturing to death is acceptable and can be counted as suicide," "No ID check is needed, cremate the body immediately," "Defame their reputation, bankrupt them financially, and destroy them physically" - what is waiting for them is punishment under heavenly principles and laws.
