A secret document was recently found in the Weifang Hanting District of Shandong Province. Based on instructions from the central "610 Office," the local "610 Office" in Hanting District prepared the secret plan to carry out a "Warning and Education Exhibition" in the countryside from January 10 to the end of April of 2004.

The activity targets farmers and students in elementary and middle schools. The plan of attack is to adopt a face-to-face approach in villages to display pictures and VCD's based on fabrications in order to slander Falun Gong. Farmers and students will be forced to watch slanderous videos and to view the exhibition. Afterwards, the students are asked to enter a contest by writing articles and speeches that slander Falun Dafa.

The "610 Office" has trained teachers to carry out this task. The aim is to train the village cadres, police station chiefs, and elementary and middle school principals to carry out this and more comprehensive brainwashing.

The content, timing, and targets of this activity will be unified throughout the whole county.

This so-called secret document mentioned that the news media are not to know of the "Warning and Education Exhibition." The "610 Office" knows that this activity contains false information and that such a shameful and dirty trick would not fool others.
