(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Feng Shichao, 65, was a Falun Dafa practitioner in Miyi County, Sichuan Province. He was arrested by Miyi County police in 2000. Policemen Chai Faxiang and Yang Zihua, along with others, tortured Mr. Feng. He died soon after his release.

Mr. Feng Shichao lived in the 9^th group of the 3^rd Village, Salian Town, Miyi County, Sichuan Province. He started to practice Falun Gong in 1997. Before practicing, he had stomach troubles, lower back pain, and arthritis and had to frequently take medicine. After practicing Falun Gong, all these symptoms disappeared. One evening in 2000, Feng and his fellow practitioners went out to post flyers when the Miyi County police arrested, tortured and then released him. Mr. Feng died soon after returning home.
