Melbourne, Australia: Falun Gong Practitioners Demonstrate the Exercises at a Music Festival (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On February 8, 2004, Falun Gong practitioners were invited to participate in the annual St Kilda Festival, the largest free music festival on the southern hemisphere. Besides introducing Falun Gong at their booth, the practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises on a stage called "Health and Happiness" on the beach, which attracted many visitors.

The audience appeared to be touched by the graceful music, gentle and slow movements, and peaceful energy field. The practitioners were not moved by outside noise and conducted the 45-minute demonstration twice. Many people in the audience learned the movements.

A child practitioner, wearing a traditional Chinese costume, stood in the first row on stage and performed movements very precisely. One woman who was passing by said to another, "Look, how lovely she is!"

One Western gentleman stood up from the beginning of the demonstration and learned carefully until the end. Though most of the audience sat on the lawn, he attentively watched the demonstration, and did not want to miss a single movement. After the demonstration, he was delighted and amazed, and said to a practitioner repeatedly, "My eyesight has recovered, my eyesight has recovered!"

It was estimated that over 300,000 visitors attended this year's music festival.
