Auckland, New Zealand: Practitioners Win First Runner Up Award in the Pamure Christmas Parade for Third Year in a Row (Photo)
(Clearwisdom.net, February 16, 2004) Falun Gong practitioners from
Auckland, New Zealand participated in the 2003 Christmas parade in the Pamure
area and won the First Runner Up Award. This was the third time in a row that they won
this award. Each year, thousands of local people watch the annual Pamure parade. Several
dozen organizations, including community service departments, Chinese
communities, schools and enterprises participated. Falun Gong practitioners'
costumes and floats have become even more and more beautiful. They won countless
rounds of applause, and spectators shouted, "Hello! How are you!" The photo on the award certificate shows a child clapping with a practitioner
who is holding a disk imprinted with the word, "Truthfulness."
