(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, there has been a sharp increase in the number of Falun Gong practitioners tortured to death with more being arrested and subjected to torture in China. On the afternoon of February 15, 2004, some Falun Gong practitioners in Holland went to appeal in front of the Chinese Embassy in Holland and strongly requested the chief perpetrators Jiang Zemin, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang be brought to justice.
