A "610" Office Agent Who Wants to Understand the Facts Asks, "Let me Borrow the Book for a few Days"

(Clearwisdom.net) In December 2003, authorities from the local "610 Office" and police from a certain town in Jilin province illegally searched a female practitioner's house. The police took a copy of Zhuan Falun and some Falun Gong flyers and used those to threaten the practitioner to write one of the "5 letters," used to force Dafa practitioners to renounce their belief, such as the "separation letter." They threatened that they would send her to the labor camp if she didn't comply. The authorities said, "We can sentence you for seven to eight years with what we found." The practitioner said, "We practitioners just want to be good people." The "610 Office" leader told me, "You are not allowed to do that." Later, the practitioner found a chance to escape.

When a practitioner learned of this, the local practitioners held an experience-sharing meeting so that others could know the hardship the female practitioner went through. Those practitioners who knew the local "610 Office" leader and his family found opportunities to clarify the truth of the persecution to them. Teacher said in Teaching the Fa at the Washington, D.C. Fa Conference:

"Wherever there's a problem, that is where you need to clarify the truth and save people. Don't take a detour when you run into difficulties." "The next person's things are your things, and your things are his things."

In the next few days seven practitioners went to clarify the truth to the "610 Office" leader. He learned the truth and was touched by the practitioner's frankness. He said, "Let her come back and practice. We won't bother her again." The practitioner said, "Her book was taken, how can she practice?" The local "610 Office" leader said, "Let me borrow the book for a few days, then I'll return it to her." He has since returned the book.

Through this we see that the great way is formless but has a body of its own and when we come together its power is immense. This also taught us the importance of clarifying the truth. The local "610" leader was once a scoundrel following Jiang in persecuting practitioners. Now, after learning the truth, he became saveable. Also, we learned that we could achieve greater results if we clarify the truth to agents and if we know them or their close family members and friends.
