Recollections of the Torture Conducted by Tiananmen Policemen Against Falun Dafa Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net)

In early October of 1999, dozens of other Dafa practitioners and I went to Beijing to appeal. We were arrested in Tiananmen Square and then detained in the Tiananmen police station. I personally witnessed policemen using methods of torture that caused excruciating pain against my fellow practitioners.

At that time in the police station, there were over 400 Dafa practitioners from various areas who came to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. Police dragged out them for interrogation one by one. I could only hear the painful screams of my fellow practitioners being tortured. One fellow practitioner (a middle-aged male), had needles stuck under his fingernails by the police and when he returned all his fingers were bleeding and covered with a cloth. Another fellow practitioner (approximately 30 years old) after being tortured, came back and collapsed on our little wooden bench. He couldn't speak, and his life was in danger. There were practitioners who shouted at the police, telling them he couldn't take any more torture. Policemen just dragged that young man out and we never knew where they took him. Another fellow practitioner who was only about 20 years old, was tortured so badly that after being returned to our cell, he collapsed in the aisle on the floor and did not speak. He was wearing one shoe, and his tongue was hanging out. It was extremely horrible to look at!

Admirable practitioners, I don't know where you were from, and where you are now. However, our hearts are connected. I frequently recall the memories of you and the tribulations we went through. So I have written these fragments to expose the evil's persecution.
