Deputy Director of First Detention Center in Shuangcheng City and Other Persecutors Receive Karmic Retribution

Jiang Qingbo, the Deputy Director of the First Detention Center in Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province has slandered the founder of Falun Gong on many occasions, cursed Dafa, and beat up Dafa practitioners. He tortured Dafa practitioners by forcing them to wear 19 kg. (42 lb.) fetters. Handcuffs specially made from reinforcing bars, iron screws, and iron rings were connected to the fetters. For example Zhou Zhichang, a practitioner who was tortured to death, was forced to wear this device.

In September, 2002 Jiang Qingbo was sent to the hospital after suddenly feeling severely cold. He was diagnosed with cancer and died a few days later. The police and others who know the truth all knew that he died due to karmic retribution for slandering Dafa, and cursing and beating up Dafa practitioners.

Liu Renshu, the director of Shenzijie Village in Jinshitan State Vacation District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, was actively engaged in persecuting Dafa practitioners. In July, 2001 he summoned police to arrest Dafa practitioners in that village and sent them to brainwashing classes in the Dalian Drug Rehabilitation Center. In July, 2002 Liu Renshu was injured in a motorcycle accident, and he is still bedridden and in need of special care.

Vice Principal Lin Caisheng, of Fujian Province Civil Administration School, persecuted Dafa practitioners. He was hit by a car in the morning of January 3, 2004. He is now in critical condition suffering from broken ribs and punctured lungs.

Vicious policeman Liu Xiangqun, of Guanjiaju Town Police Station in Qidong County, Hunan Province, was actively engaged in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. He not only did many bad deeds, but also went to the cities of Beijing and Shenzhen to arrest Dafa practitioners. He participated in interrogation and torture as well. Liu Xiangqun used to secretly interrogate Falun Gong practitioners in one room of the Qidong Hongqi Hotel, where he whipped practitioners until the whips broke. He died in an automobile accident last July. This is an example of good being rewarded with good, and evil with evil; this heavenly principle is very obvious now.

Zou Meiying, a former general secretary of Huangmao Village, Guanjiaju Town in Qidong County, Hunan Province, severely hated Falun Gong. She cursed and bullied Dafa practitioners, and encouraged her daughter-in-law to search Dafa practitioners' houses, taking their Dafa books and materials. She even ordered drivers not to allow Dafa practitioners to take buses. On November 25, 2003 she died in an accident in Shanghai at only 54 years of age.
