It was -6oC outside on that day. The practitioners held banners with the words "Falun Dafa is Great" and "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," and posters requesting to bring persecutors to justice. The practitioners practiced the exercises and sent forth righteous thoughts.

Reporters and photographers from two newspapers came to interview the practitioners. Our Nation covered the event.

After learning the facts of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China, a passer-by said to the practitioners in front of the embassy, "Remember, 'Even if there seems to be no hope, never give up.' Good luck."

A practitioner representative read an open letter to the ambassador and staff of the embassy to request China to stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

Local media covered the event. Their article's title was: Practicing Meditation to Protest Persecution in China--Falun Gong Practitioners Tortured to Death.
