The Effect of Using Real Names to Expose the Evil on Clearwisdom.net
By a Jilin practitioner Ming Duo
(Clearwisdom.net) A Dafa disciple in Jilin Province
was sentenced to one year of forced labor in 2000. While in detention, he
persisted in cultivating Dafa and clarifying the truth whenever possible. After
he was released, he immediately rejoined the current of Fa-rectification. His
wife was twice sentenced to forced labor education and is still being jailed in
Heizuizi Labor Camp in Changchun City, Jilin Province. In January 2003, this practitioner wrote a report of the
persecution endured by he and his wife, and submitted it to Minghui, which
published his article with his real name. After the article was published, it
caused a great repercussion among the local residents. In May 2003, this practitioner was once again arrested while
distributing Dafa truth-clarification materials. Even though the police used
various tortures on him, he never yielded. In the end he was sentenced to 2
years of forced labor. He sent righteous thoughts. As a result, the labor camp
refused to take him. After he returned home, he put together an article
detailing the tortures used on him, as well as the names and work units of the
police. Minghui published the article with his real name, once again shocking
the evil. He also published several other articles with his real name to expose
the persecution of his wife. For the past several years, the local civil administration
department has stopped the couple's stipends. Not long ago, however, authorities
went to him and gave him all the stipends they had withheld. Another practitioner also managed to publish the persecution
facts with her real name. Afterwards, the labor camp police dared not intensify
their persecution of her. Of course, when we expose the evil, there is no clear-cut
rule as to whether or not we must use real names. We must be rational. The point
is that we can achieve good effects as long as we have a determined mind to
expose the evil and clarify the truth. 2004-1-18
