resident of Australia. Ms. Tao Yuelan was sentenced to eight years in prison in
Beijing City Prison on June 4, 2003. Recently she was transferred to Beijing

and Fu Qingzhen On November 11, 2003, police abducted practitioners Zhao Junfang and Fu

police were from the Development Zone of Haicheng city. During their detention
of more than two months, they protested and resisted in various ways and used
every opportunity to clarify the truth. They were tortured by the police and the
prisoners who took orders from the police. It was learned that both

from the Harbin Medical School and was hired by Harbin Medicine Production Group
Company as a surgeon at its subsidiary hospital. In February 2001, the company
threatened Dr. Zhang with the loss of his employment if he didn't give up his
practice of Falun Dafa. Dr. Zhang, who was under a one-year employment probation
