(Clearwisdom.net) During the past Chinese New Year, to have local people know more of the facts behind the persecution of Falun Dafa and save more sentient beings from the Jiang regime's deceitful propaganda, Dafa practitioners in a city of Shandong Province hung up banners and posters and distributed truth clarification literature. On January 2 of the Chinese Lunar New Year (January 23, 2004), there was a heavy snowfall and Dafa practitioners took advantage of this opportunity to conduct the activities again.

During the Chinese New Year, it was estimated that 5,000 banners of various sizes (among them, 100 are 10 x 1 meters in size) were hung along the main streets throughout the city. Many yellow banners with red words or red banners with yellow words are still visible on major streets (see image above). On the banners, "Global Trial of Jiang Zemin," "Falun Dafa is Great," and "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" were written. Tens of thousands of posters were hung on easily viewed places, including almost all electricity poles along the streets.
In addition, Dafa practitioners distributed several tens of thousands of truth-clarification leaflets, over 50,000 pamphlets, over 20,000 VCDs and over 10,000 cassettes to tens of thousands of families and friends throughout the city and suburbs.
