Those Who Abused Their Power to Persecute the Innocent Now Face Their Lamentable Fate
(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic
retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions,
is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic
of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe
will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such
as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated
another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet
due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a
compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit
wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely
"following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held
responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of
wrongdoing may they escape retribution. Cases in Jingjing County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province Former Vice County Executive Liang Desuo and former Politics and Law
Committee Party Secretary Zheng Guangzhi wantonly persecuted Falun Gong
practitioners in their incumbency. They held five countywide brainwashing
classes in five different locations, once at Cangyanshan, twice at Xiantaishan,
another twice at Peng Village. In a very corrupt manner, villages and towns held
brainwashing classes many times, detaining and cruelly beating up Falun Gong
practitioners. During their stay in office, the two officials put 25 Falun Gong
practitioners into labor camps. Among them, three were sentenced to four years,
and two were sentenced to three and a half years. Persecutors Liang Desuo and
Zheng Guangzhi have both since been demoted and dismissed from office. Former superintendent of Xiulin Town Police Station was very cruel in
undertaking his duties. He tortured practitioners terribly. Later, he was
relegated to Weizhou Police Station, where he continuously did wrong and further
intensified his persecution. He sent three practitioners from Gudi Village to
labor camps. In December 2003, he was severely injured by an explosion,
permanently disfiguring his face. The above cases are only a few instances of karmic retribution for evildoing.
Still however, there are other people in power who persecute Falun Gong
practitioners. Offering salvation to people is a Falun Gong practitioner's
mission. It is a divine principle that good will be rewarded with good and evil
with evil. Karmic Retribution Cases in Qingyuan, Fushun City, Liaoning Province Former Cangshi Village leader Mou Bingchen in Qingyuan spared no efforts in
persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. At 11:30 a.m. on March 13, 2003, he
arrested two female practitioners while patrolling Xibu Bridge in Cangshi
Village. During the arrest, he beat and verbally abused them. In December last
year, Mou Bingchen was arrested because of corruption and is now being held in
Dashagou Detention Center in Qingyuan. Karmic Retribution Cases in Lushunko District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province Tian Enwei was the former party branch secretary of
Jiuxaifang Village, Tieshan Town, Lushunkou District. He often persecuted
practitioners. When Dafa practitioners clarified the truth to him, he refused to
believe them and verbally abused them. Later, he was arrested and put in jail on
charges of corruption. He was then diagnosed with encephaloma. There was no
effective treatment for this affliction and he died during the autumn of 2003 at
the age of 35.
