Officials Who Persecuted Falun Gong Practitioners Suffer Karmic Retribution

Lin Xianzhang, Secretary of the Political and Judiciary Committee of Hongdao Town. Chengyang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, followed the Jiang regime's persecution policies targeting Falun Dafa practitioners since 1999. In doing so, he used cruel methods against practitioners and received his due karmic retribution. During a business trip in 2003, he was hit by an oil drum. After the oil drum was lifted off of him, it suddenly dropped again, crushing Li to death.

Lu Minglou, 36, head of Suliu Village subgroup of Hongdao Town Security Alliance in Chengyang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, ransacked Falun Gong practitioners' homes, confiscating Falun Dafa books and materials. On the night of December 21, 2003, he had a motorcycle accident, which resulted in severe injuries to his face, arms, and hips. To this day, he remains in the 401 hospital receiving medical treatment and cannot take care of himself.

Han Guangqing, the former head of the Baoqing County Political Security Section in Heilongjiang Province, participated in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners by physically and verbally abusing them. Later his arm was fractured in a car accident, but he did not stop after this warning. He continued committing awful deeds against practitioners, and died of a sudden illness in January 2002.

Former Political Security Section deputy head Wu Li persecuted and blackmailed Falun Dafa practitioners. During a car accident, both of her collarbones were broken.

The former deputy principal of Baoqing County Party School and "610 Office" staff member Liu Shaoguo took part in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. His small intestines had to be totally removed due to a serious illness. He died in June 2003.

* "610 Office" is a bureau specifically created by the Jiang regime to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches.

Liu Zhenqi is a police officer in Xibali village, Xibali Township of Huailai County, Hebei Province who followed directives from Jiang's regime to persecute Falun Gong. He has ransacked Dafa practitioners' homes many times and harassed them. His malevolent deeds affected his family members. Tragically, his daughter was hit and killed by a train.

Wang Lu, a 70-year-old man who lives in Apt 3, No. 83 Building of Xinxishan, Naizishan Mine, Jiaohe City, Jilin Province, spied on Falun Dafa practitioners to aid in the persecution. He has suffered from a severe cerebral hemorrhage.

Zhang Jizhong, 48-year-old Division Manager of the Heavy-duty Casting and Forging Factory in Chongqing city, Sichuan province, tirelessly persecuted Falun Gong. He went to practitioners' homes to take away their books and extort money from them. He died of liver cancer in December 2003.

Wang Xiaoping was a woman in her fifties and the head of a residential community. She spied on Falun Dafa practitioners and reported them to the police. She also went to practitioners' homes to slander and defame Falun Dafa. She died of lung cancer in 2002.

Cai Zhongyin, Deputy Manager of the Longfeng Town Comprehensive Management Office, participated in persecuting Dafa practitioners in September 2000. He tortured 22 Falun Dafa practitioners by whipping them with the thorny branches of a particular plant. As soon as this plant's branches make contact with the body, the skin breaks out in an unbearably itch rash. When Cai saw that this method of abuse was ineffective for achieving his goals, as Falun Dafa practitioners were able to bear the discomfort, he adopted a more extreme approach. He invented a flexible wire whip by twisting four steel wires together to whip Falun Dafa practitioners. [Note: Being whipped with wire or cable can flay the skin off a person and causes tremendous physical damage] Practitioners were so badly injured from being whipped with the wire whip that their clothing was pressed into their severely lacerated flesh. Later, Cai Zhongyin was involved in a collision when riding his motorcycle in 2003. He remains in a coma to this day.

Because I went to Beijing to peacefully appeal to the government to end the persecution of Falun Gong, I was detained in a brainwashing center in Shuangcheng Township for over a month by the government officials in Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province. I went on a hunger strike to protest the illegal detention. "610 Office" staff extorted 1000 yuan in cash from my family to get me released. Because our family is poor, they could not afford the payment to get me out of detention. I wasn't released until they signed a note of debt to owe the money. Police officers have since been to my home many times to harass my family and to attempt to collect the 1000 yuan. At that time, a person in charge of the village by the surname of Sun asked me if I still practiced Falun Gong, and I said yes. He then threatened "If you continue to practice, you will truly lose your home and all your assets."

During my detention in the brainwashing center of the Qiulin Company in Shuangcheng Township, I was very inhumanely treated. I persisted in my cultivation of Falun Dafa, and went on a hunger strike to protest my unlawful detention and persecution. I was violently force-fed, tied up, and beaten. The staff in the brainwashing center threatened that they would break off my teeth with pliers. I was tortured very severely and was near death. I couldn't walk or eat. Officials from the brainwashing center and "610 Office" were afraid to take responsibility for my death, so they got my family to take me home.

Sun, the person who threatened that I would lose everything if I practiced Falun Gong, was arrested for corruption. He wasn't released from prison until he paid a fine of 400,000 yuan.
