Moved By Dafa, a Young Police Officer Stops Persecuting Practitioners and Recovers from Tuberculosis By a Dafa practitioner in Jilin Province, China
(Clearwisdom.net) A young police officer, long deceived by the lies of
Jiang Zemin and his cohorts since July 20, 1999, has been persecuting Dafa and
its practitioners without knowing the facts. Later, he was diagnosed with
tuberculosis. This might have been karmic retribution for his wrongdoings. For the past two years local Dafa practitioners have been actively clarifying
the truth about Dafa to his relatives . After learning the truth, both his
parents started to practice Falun Gong. When they realized that the reason their
son suffered from tuberculosis might be because of his persecution of Dafa and
its practitioners, they advised him to stop such wrongdoings and to treat Dafa
practitioners well. Also, they hoped that he could practice Falun Dafa. The
young police officer seemed to realize that what he had done was wrong because
of his parents' advice and his declining health. But, he resisted practicing
Falun Gong and said to his parents: "If I stop persecuting Dafa and its
practitioners now and then my health turns around, I'll practice." Probably because he started to have righteous thoughts towards Dafa, a few
days later he felt more relaxed physically. He wondered: "Could it be that
my health is improving?" He went to the hospital where he had been
diagnosed with tuberculosis several days earlier. The doctor told him:
"Your physical condition is normal." Then, he asked about his
diagnosis of tuberculosis. The doctor said that he must have made a mistake. At
that time, he felt the power of Dafa and started to practice Falun Dafa. After totally recovering from tuberculosis, he started to protect Dafa and
practitioners silently at work. Now, he does good deeds to mitigate his
wrongdoings in the past. He was promoted to be the head of a police station
several days ago because of his outstanding performance. Now, his staff members
understand the facts about Dafa due to his attitude. They no longer persecute
