Clearing the Way for Evil Beings to Receive Karmic Retribution to Stop their Evil Acts is Compassionate and Necessary for Saving Sentient Beings

(Clearwisdom.net) After I repeatedly studied Master's most recent article "Stop the Evil Acts with Righteous Thoughts," I came to some understandings that I would like to share with fellow practitioners.

When Master taught us the Fa rectification formula and allowed us to send forth righteous thoughts, we were endowed with the capability to stop the evil with righteous thoughts. But for a long time, many practitioners didn't see any obvious effects when they attempted to use supernormal capabilities to stop the evil people when they were being persecuted (although sending forth righteous thoughts sometimes turned out to be effective). The reasons for the ineffectiveness were many. Some practitioners' thoughts were not pure enough. Their thoughts still contained everyday people's mentality, such as resentment, retaliation, fear, etc. Some practitioners' righteous thoughts were not strong enough, or they did not persevere. Another reason is that the old forces and their behind-the-scenes helpers and rotten spirits were large in number at that time. They all played a role inhibiting practitioners' supernormal capabilities. The situation is different now. The old forces have been eliminated. Their behind-the-scenes helpers and rotten spirits have been diminished greatly. They can't do much in terms of inhibiting practitioners. Therefore, our righteous thoughts are directly taking effect on the evil beings and they have a very good effect. In history, cultivators such as disciples of Sakyamuni and Monk Jigong all made use of supernormal capabilities when the opportunity arose.

Through Dafa disciples' four-year effort of clarifying the truth all over the world, the majority of people in the world have come to know that Falun Dafa is good and Dafa disciples are noble, kind-hearted people! This is especially true for those government officials, "610 Office" staff, police, state security staff and guards who were directly involved in the persecution. They have read Dafa books due to the nature of their work and they have direct contact with practitioners and learned a lot about the true story of Falun Dafa. In general, most of them know Falun Dafa is good and practitioners are good people. However, they are degenerate people. In front of righteousness and evil, in front of conscience and personal interests, they decided to choose evil and personal interests. They decided to abandon justice and conscience. That is to say, they knew clearly that practitioners were good people, yet they still chose to persecute them. If such evil beings were allowed to continue to do evil at will, it would have grave consequences. Under such circumstances, what approach should be taken to awaken and save them? What's more, their persecution of Dafa disciples has become a severe hindrance to saving sentient beings.

I think, in addition to continuously clarifying the truth to them through all kinds of approaches, we have to use supernormal capabilities to support them. After we exchanged our understandings among some local practitioners, we realized that it's a good approach to inhibit evil beings and to clear the way, by using our supernormal capabilities, for them to receive the karmic retribution they have incurred. Let's envision such a scenario. When most evil beings involved in the persecution often experience karmic retribution to various extents, especially when they experience immediate karmic retribution as soon as they commit the evil deeds, their physical suffering would for sure make them stop and think about the cause, although they may not admit verbally that they believe karmic retribution does exist. Some of them will become clear-minded, thinking, "so it's true that karmic retribution exists." These individuals would therefore stop committing crimes.

As for those evil beings who are relentless in terms of persecuting Dafa disciples, they have arranged it so that what awaits themselves is the extinction of body and soul. The only difference is the timing when the final karmic retribution will come. If such evil beings were allowed to continue their evil deeds, not only do they add sins upon themselves (which they will have to repay completely in hell level by level), but their evil actions would also make it difficult to let people learn about the true situation of Falun Dafa. If we use righteous thoughts and supernormal capabilities to stop the evil, it's not only the greatest compassion toward that evil being, but also compassion toward all other people in the world, because by doing so, we admonish other people not to do evil deeds against Dafa disciples and not to follow those evil beings on a path beyond redemption. Whoever commits karma will have to repay it himself. The karma caused by persecuting cultivators is too enormous to repay. In history, there was a story about someone who maliciously humiliated cultivators and ended up being executed by the court. It was an example of karmic retribution in which the evil person repaid the karma with his life. One can't imagine the karmic retribution these evil beings face, as it is Falun Dafa cultivators that they are persecuting.
