(Clearwisdom.net) The peaceful appeals for Falun Gong have been going on for over four years. Besides the call, as always, to bring the head evildoer Jiang Zemin to justice, new banners have recently been seen displaying the words, "Bring Luo Gan to Justice," "Bring Liu Jing to Justice" and "Bring Zhou Yongkang to Justice." What message does this deliver to the world?

Falun Gong is a cultivation way that improves people's hearts; it is devoid of intention for achieving political aims or interfering with any political system.

Reflecting on the efforts to expose the persecution, Falun Gong is also solely focusing on people's hearts. Because Jiang's followers' lies have deceived people and kindness is absent from their hearts, they do bad things and persecute "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance." Falun Gong practitioners know that fostering kindness in people's hearts is the fundamental and only solution for people [to be saved]. In the last four years, Falun Gong practitioners have not targeted any government or political party. They have been aiming at people's hearts, targeting the individuals who persecute Falun Gong and exposing their crimes, hoping to awaken people's conscience and to stop the evil acts. Examining people's hearts is the natural way for Falun Gong practitioners as cultivators to transcend politics and directly touch human nature.

Falun Gong practitioners only ask for a citizen's most basic right -- to exercise their freedom of belief and freedom to practice that belief system. They don't have any political demands involving any conflicts among parties and political systems. This makes their anti-persecution efforts transcend politics and remain a peaceful, rational and non-violent undertaking. Their resistance is altogether different from any of the numerous civilian resistance events that have happened throughout Chinese history.

Transcending politics and aiming at people's hearts has thus become Falun Gong practitioners' standard to treat people differently according to everyone's behavior, and whether or not they are doing good or bad things during this persecution.

For several years, Falun Gong practitioners have recorded the evil words and evil behavior of several thousand depraved people who followed Jiang Zemin's orders, from Jiang himself on down to common police officers. The names of these malicious people have been made known around the world.

To those who have committed and are still committing the most heinous crimes--people like Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang--the exposure of their deeds on different occasions is particularly necessary.

Jiang Zemin, who began this brutal persecution, is the chief culprit behind the scenes who makes the persecution escalate further and further. Luo Gan, as secretary of the General Central Politics and Law Commission, personally plotted the slander and frame-ups of Falun Gong and is Jiang Zemin's personal henchman. Liu Jing, head of the "610 Office" state-terror organization that specifically targets Falun Gong, scurries everywhere to issue specific orders to persecute Falun Gong. Zhou Yongkang, former Sichuan Province Party Secretary and current head of the State Public Security Department is responsible for many practitioners' deaths.

Today, Falun Gong practitioners' demand that Jiang, Lou, Liu and Zhou be brought to justice is sending a message to evildoers who help a tyrant do evil: whoever is doing evil must be responsible for their own evil conduct. Any excuses for "carrying out the orders from the higher authority task" cannot be used to avoid punishment for their crimes.

As a human being, one should first be a person; then one does his job, and last is to follow orders from the above. If one cannot do things like a normal person, is there any sense in talking about one's job? To be a normal person means to have the conscience of a human being. Using vicious lies to persecute people who believe in "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance," inciting people's hatred and torturing good people to death are not things with a human conscience would do. Isn't it frightful to live in such a society?

Talking about work responsibility, the true function of an executive department is to protect the rights of the people. Recently, the State Public Security Department also espoused during a state conference, "Do not misuse enforcement measures such as torture in order to get the testimony in violation of human rights." An executive organization should also abide by the constitution. Why do those people regard "carrying out the orders from the higher authority " to persecute the good people as their job "responsibility," therefore throwing away their fundamental responsibility, which is to uphold the constitution and to protect the rights of the people? Why do they not show any human conscience, but instead enthusiastically persecute these good people?

By doing such vindictive things, they can win the favor of Jiang, get promotions and benefits, and satisfy the debased nature of their minds. Between the "responsibility" of protecting and earning more personal interests and the "responsibility" of safeguarding righteousness, human conscience and the constitution, and managing the country according to the constitutions, these people choose the former -- promotions and personal benefits - out of selfishness, which has brought and is still bringing suffering to numerous Falun Gong practitioners and brings catastrophe to the entire Chinese society.

Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang are such people, aren't they? Why can Jiang Zemin force the whole state machinery to persecute Falun Gong? There are too many evil persecutors like Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang who throw their conscience to the wind for their personal interests. They have chosen to go against "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" during the past over four years and have given up kindness for evil, and committed countless crimes in implementing Jiang's policies to eradicate Falun Gong. What they will face is just punishment according to the human law as well as the consequences from a heavenly principle that good is rewarded with good, and evil with evil.

"Bring Jiang, Luo, Liu and Zhou to justice" is a warning to humankind and is intended to awaken people's conscience; to call people to stand up to stop the persecution that is against human nature and tramples on the principle of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance." Only when the bad people are restrained and goodness is widely accepted will our society be truly stabilized.
