(Clearwisdom.net) Huainan City, Anhui Province -- Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Bai Minghua is blind and disabled. After she was illegally sentenced to a long prison term, she was taken three different times to the Suzhou Prison and each time she was refused admittance by the Prison authorities. Ms. Bai Minghua's health condition complied with the stipulation of the regulations that enabled her to serve her sentence outside of jail. However, since many of her relatives practice Falun Gong, the "610 Office" authorities (1) of Huainan City and the Public Security Bureau wrote a special request to the higher authorities asking the leaders of the state to pressure the Suzhou Prison to accept her. This is the reason that Ms. Bai Minghua is being illegally held in the Suzhou Prison.

(1) The "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
