Chief of Huolianzhai Police Station Colludes with Gangs to Persecute Dafa Practitioners in Benxi City, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Chief of police Xu Gang, of the Huolianzhai Police Station in Benxi City, Liaoning Province, colluded with gangster Lin to persecute Dafa practitioners.

In July 2002 Policechief Xu Gang had Lin and his partners drive a car to abduct practitioner Ms. Pan Liangqing at midnight from Ms. Zhang Huishuang's home and take her to the top of Caibei Mountain. There, they tried to force her to sign a letter saying she would give up practicing Falun Gong. They threatened to send her to the Caibei Detention Center if she refused. Failing to reach their goal, the evil gangsters cut her several times with a knife.

In September 2002, Xu Gang and another policeman abducted Zhang Huishuang from her home, and then ransacked her home. They sent her to the Benxi City Detention Center where she was tortured. Later, officers transferred her to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. There she was severely tortured until she was near death. The camp refused to keep her, fearing she would die and the camp would become responsible; as a result, she was sent back home. Due to the excruciating torture, including force-feeding and forced injections of drugs to destroy her nervous system, Zhang Huishuang remained unconsciousness for the first two months after she returned home, and her legs were still disabled.

On July 25, 2003, Huolianzhai police illegally arrested Pan Liangqing and Zhang Huishuang again while they were posting Falun Gong banners. As a result, Pan Liangqing was illegally sentenced to three years at Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Zhang Huishuang was released from jail after holding a hunger strike.

During Xu's service as the chief of police, he persecuted almost all Dafa practitioners who lived in his region. He often routinely harassed practitioners or their families, and searched their homes. For example, he searched Dafa practitioner Yan Yuqing's home many times.

Benxi City No. 3 Hospital (address in Gaogu) is involved in persecuting Dafa practitioners by helping to force-feed practitioners detained at the Benxi City Detention Center.
