The young practitioner's name is Li Wei, and he is 10 years old. When he was 5 years old, he started practicing Falun Gong with his mother. At that time, his home was a Falun Gong practice site. Whenever practitioners did the exercises, he always played by himself and never bothered anyone.

One day in the summer of 1998, when he was crossing a road, a bicyclist crashed into him. When the bike crossed over his upper arm, it made a loud sound. His mom was shocked, but Li Wei said to the rider: "I'm ok. You may leave." Then he stood up slowly. At that moment he saw a Falun rotating on his arm. He didn't feel any pain at all.

Whenever he found that his mother couldn't conduct herself by the standard required by Teacher, he always reminded her to try harder. One time he cried and told his mother: "I want go home with Teacher. But I'm never able to follow Teacher's teachings well." His mother encouraged him: "You did very well. You just need continue your good effort."

In 1999, his mother went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was detained. His father had to work very late at night. He missed his mother so much that he cried. Then, he heard the Falun Dafa music, "Pu-Du," playing in his ears. Suddenly, he didn't feel afraid anymore. When his mom was detained the second time, the police even took Li Wei to the police station. They asked him: "Do you practice Falun Gong or not?" He answered: "Yes, I do." Then they asked: "Who is your Teacher?" He answered: "My Teacher is Mr. Li Hongzhi." Then he started doing the exercises in front of them. When the policemen threatened him, he just continued to practice without opening his eyes.

During an exam in first grade, he was to make a sentence with the word "like." He wrote down, "I like Falun Dafa." His teacher noticed his sentence and said to him, "You shouldn't write this sentence." He told his teacher, "I do like Falun Dafa." In the end, his teacher gave him a full score.

In 2001, his school organized an activity against Falun Gong. They required everyone to sign a statement condemning Falun Gong. Li Wei refused to sign. The principal told him: "If you don't sign on it, you will be not allowed to come to school, starting tomorrow." He answered: "Even so, I will not sign it." The director said: "If you still refuse to sign, we will ask the police to arrest you." With tears, he said: "Even so, I will not sign it." Then his teacher told him: "It is ok if you don't sign. Why do you cry?" He said: "I feel badly for you."

Li Wei insists on sending forth the righteous thoughts every day. He saw all sorts of demons the first time he sent forth righteous thoughts. Some demon could spit fire; some could discharge electricity; some even spit arrows from their mouths. But once practitioners started sending forth righteous thoughts, all of the demons were wiped away.

Every time his mother went out to distribute Dafa flyers, he insisted on going with her no matter how far it would be. Sometimes, she didn't want bring him along. He would say: "This is saving sentient beings; I have to go." He often clarified the truth to his classmates and told them that the Tiananmen self-immolation was staged to frame Falun Gong.

Once, he was doing homework with a classmate. His classmate's little sister kept bothering his classmate. Then his classmate yelled at her, "Get out of here! If you bother me one more time, I will beat you up." Li Wei said to his friend, "You shouldn't solve your problem with violence. Look at that Jiang Zemin, he would never be able to pay off the karma he accumulated." The classmate nodded in understanding and changed his attitude.
