Recent Cases of Junior High School Students Being Expelled from School for Practicing Falun Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) Huang Jing, a second-year junior high school student at Yucai Middle School, Chengdu City, was reported by a classmate for clarifying the truth of Falun Gong to students in the school. The school's Political Section tried to force Huang Jing to give up practicing Falun Gong, but Huang Jing did not give in because she firmly believes in Falun Dafa, a righteous practice that teaches people to be good. This past semester, Jing once again clarified the truth about Falun Gong to her schoolmates, but the school authorities forced her to discontinue her studies. This is the fourth case this month that we have received regarding middle school students being expelled from school or being sent to brainwashing class because of practicing Falun Dafa or because of their parents' practicing Falun Dafa.

Zhang Conghui of Chicheng County, Hebei Province used to go to the First Middle School of Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou City. Conghui clarified the truth of Falun Gong at school, and handed a brief note saying, "Falun Dafa is Good" to another student. But that student reported it to the school authorities. In February 2004, the school expelled Zhang Conghui in the name of "encouraging dropouts." Hence this young person's right of receiving an education was taken away.

Young Dafa practitioner Chen Si from Chongqing City is only thirteen years old. She lives in the Shuangbei Dongfeng Chemical Factory in Shapingba District of Chongqing. She goes to junior high school and her parents are both Falun Dafa practitioners. Her mother was illegally sentenced to forced labor for going to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa. During the summer vacation of 2001, Chen Si was arrested while distributing Falun Gong truth-clarification materials. The people who arrested her beat her up despite her young age. Later, Chen Si was sent to the Shapingba District Geleshan Brainwashing Center for further persecution.

Kang Jiaqi, daughter of Hengshui City Second Middle School teacher, Liu Hongluan of Hebei Province, used to go to the same school where her mother worked. Jiaqi's father (a Falun Gong practitioner) was detained at a brainwashing center, and her mother had to become homeless in order to avoid illegal arrest at home. Because of this situation, the school forced Jiaqi to withdraw from school, and deprived her of her right to receive an education.

The Jiang regime's persecution of Falun Gong doesn't even spare children! It openly violates the law and illegally takes away young people's right to freedom of belief and their right to receive an education.
