Introducing Falun Dafa at a Shopping Center in West Sydney, Australia (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On March 21 2004, Falun Gong practitioners arrived at one of the largest shopping centers in West Sydney to introduce Falun Dafa and collect signatures. This was the second time that the practitioners held a Fa-promoting activity in this shopping center since the opening of the UN Human Rights Commission Meetings in Geneva. The manager of the center offered us a stand for free after learning the facts about the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.

Young Dafa practitioners demonstrate the exercises Explaining the facts about Falun Gong to people passing by

Young practitioners in traditional costumes demonstrated the five sets of exercises in front of the Information Desk. People watching them were attracted by their pure and wonderful performance, and came over to learn more about Falun Dafa. Many people expressed immediately that they wanted to learn to practice Falun Gong after learning that Falun Dafa has been widely spread to more than 60 countries and has brought improved physical and mental health to more than 100 million people. They also wanted to have the telephone numbers of local practitioners and the practice sites.

In order to let more people gain a deeper understanding of the persecution of Falun Gong in China, practitioners presented handmade paper lotus flowers to people. Kind-hearted people signed their names on the petition letter to show their support for the immediate and unconditional release of all detained Falun Gong practitioners in China. Within a few hours, the practitioners collected more than 700 signatures.
