After the article with Master Li's comment "Expose the Evil Happening Locally to the Local People" was published, Dafa practitioners of a town in Jilin Province that used to be severely persecuted organized a large-scale Fa-conference that was attended by all of the Dafa practitioners in the town. At this conference, practitioners discussed and came to the following agreement: the reason why local Dafa practitioners were severely persecuted in the past few years was because our attachment to fear was relatively strong, and we didn't expose the crimes of the evildoers in time. Accordingly, we left enough space for evil to exist, and didn't take clarifying the truth and offering salvation to sentient beings as our own responsibilities. After discussion, we agreed that every Dafa practitioner should write down and publicly declare our own experiences of persecution to expose the evil deeds of local police and other authorities in a timely manner and to stop them from continuing to commit crimes. This is also in fact a means of compassionate salvation for the police and other evildoers.

After coming to this realization, most of our local practitioners wrote down the details of their experiences of being persecuted and the names of the policemen and others who committed wrongdoing. We quickly sent these materials to Minghui and exposed them to the whole world. At the same time we took excerpts of the facts and these people's crimes, made local truth clarification materials based on the excerpts, and prepared a large number of stickers and truth clarification banners bearing phrases such as "Falun Dafa is good," "Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa," "Global Trial of Jiang Zemin," etc. Dozens of Dafa practitioners acted together and over one night the materials, stickers and banners covered the town government, police stations and villages.

Several days later, staff of some town government and police stations went to visit the homes of a few local Falun Gong practitioners who had been severely persecuted in local areas. The staff openly apologized for their own unlawful actions in the past, and also sent flour and cooking oil to practitioners' homes to express sympathy and goodwill. The practitioners made use of this opportunity to further clarify the truth of Dafa to them.

This incident helped many staff in local town governments, police stations, and other relevant departments understand the truth of Dafa. The incident also helped the public in our neighborhood see the power of justice. Many took the initiative to come to practitioners' homes to ask for truth-clarifying materials and many people started to learn the practice and study the Fa. This encouraged local Falun Gong practitioners, helped more and more practitioners to let go of the notion of "self", to step forward and come out of their homes to clarify the truth. Practitioners cooperated and coordinated with each other and formed a harmonious and unbreakable "one body" in this region, and also had the effect of inspiring the practitioners in nearby areas.
