Minghui School Opens in Taozhumiao, Taiwan

(Clearwisdom.net) On February 8^th, 2004, a Minghui School formally opened in, Taiwan. Although it was cold and raining lightly, that couldn't stop the young Falun Gong practitioners and their parents' involvement in the activities. The children started the class by reading "Lunyu" (the preface to Zhuan Falun).

Minghui School classes are designed to be lively and interesting. They are based on the Fa's guiding principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance". During the class, the instructor told the children a story to guide them to understand the issue of the show off mentality. They exchanged experiences and understandings of cultivation in daily life. After a short break, the Falun Gong exercise music started playing. The young practitioner's movements were smooth, slow, and graceful. A representative from the Tianyin Choir taught them to sing a Falun Dafa song. The school echoed with the gentle and happy sounds. Finally, the young practitioners played outside and recited Hong Yin. They had a great time.

The parents talked about how to guarantee their children a good education while they themselves were so busy. Many parents offered very good methods, such as the whole family studying Fa together, or telling a story to the kids so they could understand the real meaning of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" from the perspective of the Fa and how important it is to clarify the facts about Falun Gong to people. Although the young practitioners had a playful nature, they were pure and understood the Fa often better than their parents.

After the children learned that many good people who practiced Falun Gong suffered from inhuman torture, they expressed deeply from their hearts that more and more people would come to know that Falun Dafa is good, and hoped that the persecution would be over soon.

By watching these innocent and happy young practitioners, we became more concerned about their fellow young practitioners under the Jiang faction's persecution in mainland China. We also became more concerned about the generations of children who are being poisoned by the lies from the Chinese government. We hereby appeal to the Chinese Government: stop the persecution of Falun Gong immediately! Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing, Zhou Yongkang and their collaborators to justice. Restore practitioners' right to practice!
