Gross Abuse Leaves Practitioner Zhao Yuxia on the Brink of Death in the Shibalihe Women's Forced Labor Camp, Zhengzhou City

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhao Yuxia, who had worked in the Renmin Pharmaceuticals Company in Xinxiang County, had exercised her legal right and gone to Beijing to appeal in December 2000. But people from the Xinxiang County Police Department sentenced her three years of forced labor on December 17, 2000. She was sent to the Shibalihe Female Forced Labor Camp. There she suffered torment and abuse and is currently emaciated and as thin as a matchstick due to the tortures. On December 16, 2003, after the forced labor sentence had expired, the prison term was unreasonably further extended for another one and a half months. When it expired again on February 3, 2004, she was still being detained beyond the end of the term.

We strongly urge all kind-hearted people around the world to pay attention to this matter and firmly request the officials at the Xinxiang County Police Department to release Ms. Zhao Yuxia who was unreasonably sent for forced labor and is being detained beyond the expiration date of her prison term in the Shibalihe Female Forced Labour Camp in Zhenzhou City.

At the same time we also appeal for the release of Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Kaiying who is a resident of Xinxiang City. She exercised her legal rights by appealing twice but was illegally detained in the same labor camp as Zhao Yuxia. She is also being detained beyond her prison term.
