List of Dafa Practitioners Who Are Still Persecuted and Detained in Chicheng County, Hebei Province

Dafa practitioners in Chicheng County of Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Right now, there are 16 Dafa practitioners in Chicheng County who are still being detained at the forced labor camps, prisons and detention centers. Among them, 12 are in forced labor camps, 2 in prisons, and 2 in a detention center. They are:

Wu Guifang, female, 53 years old;
Zhang Shumei, female, 48 years old;
Qiao Lianying, female, 52 years old;
Wu Shouzhi, female, 45 years old;
Liu Shuqin, female, 48 years old;
Yan Shumei, female, 59 years old;
Zhang Yuzhen, female, 54 years old;
Wu Fengyin, male, 50 years old.

These eight practitioners are residents in Dongmao Town. On September 13, 2002, Wang Chonghui, Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Bureau, led police to arrest them. These practitioners were taken to the detention center and sentenced to three years in a labor camp. They are now detained in Gaoyang Labor Camp in Baoding, Hebei Province.

Zhang Fumin is a male practitioner in Houcheng Town. Around October 2003, he was arrested for distributing truth-clarification materials and detained at the Yanqing Detention Center in Jiuxian Town of Yanqing County, Beijing. He was then sentenced to two years in a labor camp. Zhang Fumin is now detained in Tuanhe Labor Camp in Daxing, Beijing.

Wei Shufeng, 45 years old, is a female practitioner in Chengguan Town of Chicheng County. The Sugar and Wine Corporation in Chicheng County laid her off. On November 1, 2002, right before the Party's 16^th Congress, police forcibly took her and detained her at a detention center in an attempt to prevent her from going to Beijing to appeal. She was sentenced to three years in a labor camp, and is now detained in Gaoyang Labor Camp in Baoding, Hebei Province.

Liu Guizhen is a female practitioner in Houcheng Town of Chicheng County. In September 2002, she was arrested and taken to a detention center for distributing truth-clarification materials. She was sentenced to three years in a labor camp, and is now detained in Gaoyang Labor Camp in Baoding, Hebei Province.

Liang Ying, 51 years old, is a female practitioner in Chicheng County. She used to work at the Tobacco Corporation in Chicheng County. On May 8, 2001, she was arrested and detained at a detention center for going to Beijing to appeal. After being detained for a long time, she was sentenced to five years of imprisonment. Liang Ying is currently jailed in Shijiazhuang Prison.

Lao Guanghe is a male practitioner in Yunzhou Town in Chicheng County. On May 8, 2001, he was arrested and detained at a detention center for going to Beijing to appeal. Later, he was sentenced to four years of imprisonment. Lao Guanghe is currently detained in Baoding Prison.

Liu Yang, 22 years old, is a male practitioner in Tangying Village at Dongwankou Town in Chicheng County. In October 2002, a truth-clarification material site was sabotaged; Liu Yang was arrested and sentenced to eight years of imprisonment. He is currently detained at the Chicheng Detention Center.

Du Shuyun is a female practitioner in Yangtian Town in Chicheng County. In October 2002, a truth-clarification material site was sabotaged. Du Shuyun was arrested and sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment. She is currently detained at the Chicheng Detention Center.

Hu Zhizhong, 52 years old, is a male practitioner of Yangtian Town in Chicheng County. On January 16, 2002, he was arrested and sentenced to three years in a labor camp. Hu Zhizhong is currently detained at the Gaoyang Labor Camp in Hebei Province.
