Gucheng County Officials in Hebei Province Who Persecute Falun Gong Practitioners Meet with Karmic Retribution

(Clearwisdom.net) He Tongen, former Gucheng County Party Committee Secretary, and Wang Hui, former Head of the County, have played leading roles in persecuting Falun Gong. They both were administratively punished and were transferred to other locations at the end of 2002.

The County Political Judiciary Committee Secretary, Diao Zhixin, has been instrumental in vigorously persecuting Falun Dafa. Before the Chinese Spring Festival in 2001, his car and the car driven by the Hengshui City Political Judiciary Committee official, both ran into each other when they were traveling on their way to Dezhou. The automobiles were damaged very badly and Diao Zhixin was injured. His wife has breast cancer and is confined in a hospital.

The County Party Discipline & Monitoring Committee Secretary, Song Yingpu, has been involved in persecuting Falun Gong. He already has had three car accidents and finally realized that they were due to karmic retribution. Now he understands and regrets his actions.

The head of the Propaganda Department, Xu Qinglin, slandered Falun Dafa many times on County Television. In 2002, he developed cancer and died in either March or April.

The chief of the Supervisory Bureau, Li Fengge, often persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners in many ways, including administrative punishment, garnishing wages, and firing employees who practiced Falun Dafa. Li has now lost his Communist Party Membership. Li Fengge organized the "Public Criticism" of Falun Dafa. At the end of August 2003, he suddenly had a heart attack. Now he is in the hospital and experiences frequent relapses of his heart disease.

The Head of the "610 Office*," Shao Qiang, was once in charge of persecuting Falun Gong. He broke his leg while he was playing basketball in the summer of 2002.

The director of the brainwashing center, Liu Guirong (female), worked hard in persecuting Falun Gong in 2001. However, misfortune has continuously struck her family. When she realized that it was retribution caused by persecuting Falun Dafa, she repeatedly applied to the higher authorities for a job change until she got her wish.

Cong Huazheng seized the opportunity, and was willing to take Liu Guirong's job in the

brainwashing center after Liu Guirong left. He had been the director of the brainwashing center for only two months when he developed rectal cancer and had an operation. After this, he realized that "good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil," and asked for a job change.

The Chief of the County Public Security Bureau, Wang Changzai, committed the worst crimes due to persecuting Falun Gong and his heart disease worsened. He shook all the time and was continously sick from his disease. People under him often sued him, and now evidence of his crimes has been recorded in court.

The Director of the County Detention Center, Chen Wei, tortured Falun Gong practitioners every night after midnight and publicly said, "I am the untruth, cruelty and ugliness, who especially punishes truthfulness, compassion and forbearance." In October 2000, he broke his leg and a few days later, his father who was the deputy head of the county, died of illness. Even then, Chen Wei still wasn't repentant and went on doing bad deeds. Finally, in 2002, he was fired due to coming under suspicion of making counterfeit money.

A policeman in the Public Security Bureau, Wang Yuhe, often tortured Falun Dafa practitioners in the detention center. When he was on duty in the evening, he went to the female wards and behaved like a lecher. In October 2002, he suddenly died of a disease.

A policewoman in the Public Security Bureau, Zhao Xiufen, who was fifty years old, slandered Falun Dafa and its Teacher. She beat and cursed Falun Dafa practitioners during interrogations. She died of heart disease either in April or May of 2002.

A policewoman in the Public Security Bureau, Lui Zunran, who was forty-seven years old, not only beat and cursed Falun Dafa practitioners but also slapped their faces during interrogation. She also slandered Falun Dafa and its Teacher. In October 2003, she died of a stroke.

The chief of Qinghan Town Police Sub-Station, Li Jinzhu, not only illegally detained Falun Dafa practitioners, but also hit and cursed them. He extorted Falun Dafa practitioners' money and sent many practitioners to the brainwashing center. In October 2003, Li Jinzhu was put on record and was investigated for alleged wrongdoing. News of this was shown on television.

The director of the County Hospital, Cao Yuliang, cooperated with the "610 Office" to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. He sent doctors to the detention center to force-feed the practitioners who went on a hunger strike to protest against the persecution. He also sent two people to the detention center and the brainwashing center to oversee Falun Dafa practitioners. Especially in the winter of 1999, Cao Yuliang loudly slandered the Teacher and Falun Gong on television. He died suddenly in November 2003.
