Practitioners in Xinjiang Go to Brainwashing Center to Send Righteous Thoughts (Clearwisdom.net) In March 2004, another brainwashing session was held in the
Health Restoration Center of Banfanggou Town in Urumqi County--the center in
this region for forced brainwashing and torturing of Falun Gong practitioners.
The session was ordered by Tong Yujie, the head of the 610 Offices of Xinjiang
Uigur Autonomous Region Party Committee and supported by the Autonomous Region
Political and Legal Committee, the Military and the Urumqi City Party Committee.
The brainwashing session was announced to the public as "an education and
study session on the legal system". To resist this persecution, local Falun Dafa practitioners decided to go to
the brainwashing center to send righteous thoughts and validate Dafa. On March 21, 2004, Practitioners worked together as one body and reached the
610 Office brainwashing center, which is about 25 miles from Urumqi City. On the
way, practitioners asked Teacher to strengthen their righteous thoughts. When
practitioners arrived at the brainwashing center, they sent forth righteous
thoughts for one hour a short distance from the outside of the building. Then,
practitioners went in all directions to every street and avenue to post the
words "Falun Dafa is good". They spray painted the words "Falun
Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance" on
the walls in the middle of the brainwashing center. In addition, walls enclosing
the brainwashing center were covered with the words "Falun Dafa is
good" and "End the persecution". [Note: Without access to any

unusual methods for raising awareness among Chinese people about the
