The Manifestation of Righteous Thoughts and Supernormal Power in the Human World
By a Dafa practitioner in China (Clearwisdom.net) One day, I went out and noticed a flyer that defamed
Falun Gong on the door of my building. I walked around and found numerous flyers
in the neighborhood defaming Dafa and calling for the arrest of Falun Gong
practitioners. I remained calm and was alert to any trap. I considered that it
might require a couple of practitioners working at the same time to remove these
flyers. We might also run a certain degree of risk. The evil had created a
challenge to practitioners in this district. I thought that I needed to find a
way to remove the flyers while avoiding any losses of local Dafa practitioners.
However, I was not able to find a good way in two days. Suddenly, Teacher's Fa
emerged in my mind, "With a practitioner, his thoughts direct his abilities to do things.
But with an ordinary person, his thoughts just direct his four limbs and his
sensory organs to do things." (Zhuan Falun), and "Just suppose that while sitting in place, and without moving his
hands or feet, somebody could do what other people can't do even with their
hands and feet" (Zhuan Falun). I right away sat down and sent out the righteous thought: My supernormal
power would order whoever posted the flyers to remove them. Otherwise, my
supernormal power would allow him/her to be mentally disturbed. I would not
allow these flyers to poison the minds local residents. I continuously sent out righteous thoughts several times. The next day I
found that the flyer in my building was halfway torn off. When I went out to buy
groceries, I found the flyers posted in each building were all torn so that they
were not readable. This occurred just before a holiday. I thought, "They
should send out some people to clean up the remaining flyers." Just because
of this thought, when I went out again, I found all the remaining torn flyers
were cleaned up. It appeared that there were no flyers posted where they were
before. I deeply realized the power of righteous thoughts. About ten days after
that, I noticed that high on the wall of this neighborhood, there was still a
flyer that was intact. I thought while I was walking, that it is no use for the
evil force to plan a trap with this flyer. I then used my mind to write the
sentences of righteous thoughts around the flyer. People can't see what I wrote
in other dimensions, and I can't see either, because I belong to those who
cultivate without displaying supernormal capacities. However, I believe the
power of the sentences that Teacher taught us and believe in supernormal power
given to me by Teacher. Therefore, I never thought whether my supernormal power
would be functioning or not. Instead, I just sent the thought that those who
were poisoned by the message of the flyer, while they were standing in front of
it, would be instantly cleansed by the effect of the evil factors behind those
who placed it there. Consequently, the next day when I went to go shopping
again, I found the flyer had disappeared. Teacher told us, "Dafa disciples have already been bringing their supernormal abilities
into full play in Fa-rectification. For instance, while doing Fa-rectification,
when the righteous thoughts are very pure, their supernormal abilities are
comprehensively utilized. Moreover, with righteous thoughts many disciples are
able to use them at will--whatever they want to use, they almost always have
it. For example, to freeze those wicked evildoers that persecute Dafa
disciples, they just need to say, "freeze" or "stay there and
don't move," or point to the group of evildoers, and then they definitely
won't be able to move; afterwards they just need to think "release,"
