Seventy-Five Year Old Man Experiences the Wonders of Falun Dafa

I was in tears because I was so overjoyed. I cannot express how happy I was. My decades of rhinitis was cured, I can smell the aroma of the food. The wonders of Falun Dafa manifested on my body one by one. I found Falun Dafa is truly supernatural."

I am 75 years old, a resident in Panjin City, Liaoning Province. At the end of 2003, I was in the final stage of stomach cancer and was waiting to die. Honestly, I did not believe in Falun Gong before, and was a little hostile toward it. But the above-mentioned miracle happened after January 21, 2004, when my third daughter, who is a Falun Dafa practitioner, taught me to recite the sentence "Falun Dafa is Good!"

Thirty years ago, at the Panjin City No.2 Hospital, I had an operation to remove kidney stones. Immediately after the operation, I had femoral failure, prostate hyperplasia, rhinitis, etc. I spent more than 10,000 yuan (1) seeking cures for these diseases, but all to no avail. As I got older, the problems grew worse, and I suffered from more and more diseases.

In 1997, I was diagnosed with stomach cancer, and I had an operation on January 20, 1998. I had to take pills and injections every day to stay alive. I was in terrible pain, and I could not eat or sleep well. Life was miserable beyond description for me.

On the morning of October 26, 2003, around 4 AM, I was up vomiting blood. My family called the Emergency Rescue Center, and they took me to the No.2 Hospital. The doctor said my cancer was in its final stage. I stayed in the hospital for 10 days, spending 95,000 yuan. Because it was too expensive, the doctors allowed me to go home.

On December 22, 2003, I had another blood vomiting episode, and I passed out. My family sent me to the hospital again. There, I was given 800 CC of blood, spending another 2000 yuan. After I was allowed to come home this time, I would often pass out and vomit blood, I could not get out of bed, my stomach always felt like it was tied in knots, and I felt extreme pain when I touch my left side. I could only keep down a little bit of hot cereal each day. I was getting thinner and thinner. My children were taking turns 24 hours a day watching me. They were ready to accept my death.

The miracle happened at noon on January 21, 2004 (Chinese New Year eve). My third daughter brought a flyer that said, "Falun Dafa is good" to me, and she wanted me recite "Falun Dafa is good" in my heart. To be frank, I did not believe in Falun Gong, and was a little hostile toward it. But this time I was happy to see her bring me the flyer, and started reciting, "Falun Dafa is good!" I had not been able to move for a long time, but immediately, I was able to sit up and post that flyer to the top of my bed by myself. I recited, "Falun Dafa is good" over and over again...

At around 9 PM on that night, the miracle happened. I was half sleep, felt someone come to my bed, open up my stomach, and remove all the bad stuff inside. I woke up instantly, feeling no more discomfort in my stomach. I pressed on my stomach, which I dared not do, and there were no hard lumps anymore! I felt hungry for the first time in so long; I was elated.

But most of my family members who do not practice Falun Gong did not believe I was miraculously cured in such a supernatural way. They only allowed me to have one dumpling, fearing that I would feel ill again if I ate too much.

My health continued to improve the next day. My third daughter brought Teacher Li's audiotapes for me to listen to. I started reading the Falun Dafa books several days later. I could walk with a cane downstairs on my own to take a shower and get a haircut. Under the Buddha light of Falun Dafa, I obtained a new life. Teacher Li saved me from death.

People have been talking about my miraculous recovery. By now, Teacher has purified my body a second time. Ever since the operation when my kidney was removed 13 years ago, as a side effect, my left leg has been in constant pain. It was especially painful at the top of my left leg. In addition, my femoral failure caused my left leg to shrink, becoming shorter than my right leg by several centimeters. On the evening of January 29, at around 9 PM again, I was again half asleep, I suddenly saw many people come into my room, they opened the top of my leg and took away the bad stuff. I instantly woke up again, quickly touched the tops of my thighs near my hips, and found there was no pain at all. I tried to stand up, and it did not hurt one bit. Just by reciting "Falun Dafa is good," reading the Fa, and practicing the exercises, they were instantly cured. This is a miracle! But this has truly happened to me. I can eat 1-2 bowls of rice every meal. Besides reading the Falun Dafa books, I also do the exercises. I have stopped taking medicine, which I had taken for more than 10 years. I have truly experienced a light body that is free from sickness. I am truly grateful to Teacher Li and Falun Dafa for giving me a second life.
