Police in Huanggang City, Hubei Province Illegally Arrest Dafa Practitioners

On the morning of March 11, 2004, about 200 Falun Dafa practitioners from Huanggang City in Hubei Province, attended the funeral of Zheng Zhong, a Dafa practitioner who died as a result of persecution. Dafa practitioners were clarifying the truth of the persecution while under great pressure. On the afternoon of March 12, many departments, headed by the city's National Security Bureau started to arrest Falun Dafa practitioners, seizing approximately seven practitioners in three days.

Three undercover agents from the National Security Bureau, Wu Sanmin, Li Xiangyin, and Yang Ping directed the arrests. In three days, they led a group of police officers to arrest approximately seven Falun Dafa practitioners while they were working. The following are the practitioners known to have been arrested: Zhang Daohe, Wang Feng, Sun Wei, and Mrs. Lu. With the exceptions of Wang Feng (about 30 years old), and Sun Wei (twenty years old), all others were elderly practitioners. These police officers did not show any identification; they broke in and ransacked the homes of practitioners, went through things at will, and seized all of the practitioners' Falun Dafa books. According to sources, the practitioners were sent to a brainwashing center in Hubei Province.

In order to avoid persecution, some Dafa practitioners had to leave their homes to avoid further persecution. The police monitored Dafa practitioners' homes day and night in order to arrest any who left the premises.

By attending the funeral, Dafa practitioners did not break any laws, nor did they disturb the social order. Each person just held one white flower and calmly walked down the street. They called out from their hearts to the people: "Stop the persecution" and "Falun Dafa is good." We hope that kind-hearted people will join us and suppress the evil actions of the National Security and Public Security Bureau, and stop the attempts of Jiang's followers to override the constitution of China in their persecution of Falun Dafa.

At the same time, we hope local practitioners are not deceived by surface appearances which are controlled by evil in other dimensions. We need to seize this opportunity even more to clarify the truth to the general public and expose the evil, while at the same time eliminating all of the evil in other dimensions with righteous thoughts.
